I have gone there twice to get a blood test and also an allergy test. The place is very clean, people there are courteous. I have spent no more than 20 minutes on each visit.

I can agree with all the comments below. I have been coming here for some time, yet I have a few stories of my own that are similar to those negative ones. This is a long drive yet the closest I have, so I dealt with some stuff. The phlebotomist yea they have kinda harsh personality, but it is up to you how you work around that. I can definitely agree with their attitude, but sometimes dealing with some type of patient, it would get to anyone. I witnessed a few patients who had an accident on themselves, faint, and went out of control cause of fear, and dealing with that is tough. So I found the best time to go in, don't take their attitude personally and try to be positive when I go in cause you don't know what they dealt with before you. Another thing, go on a day you have nothing planned, so in case they do take time for unexpected reason. The day someone fainted, they had the door close for a very long time, and I had somewhere to be, but it wasn't their fault. Some patients come with a crew of people. Yes, the waiting room can be crowded, and that's not on them. I sure don't take extra people with me, so don't bring multiple people, and if you do have them, wait outside for you.

Horrible laboratory staff.
White lady i believe her name was gabby and stubby short guy dont know the name but they looked annoyed to do their job . I noticed as people would show up with lab paper work he would tell the gabby lady “ another one , gabby look” then proceeded to roll their eyes.
Which is very unacceptable.

Horrible! I arrived at 8am and didnt leave until 10am all while fasting! There is only 8 chairs in the lobby, elber people are standing outside in the hot sun waiting to be called next there is only 1 Phlebotomist.

This place will lose your blood work and not care to help. When asked if they can look up my stuff or anything. They straight laughed at me.As i walked away they started talking as tho i was accusing them and get all defensive. I just want to find out if i have a serious disease and now i have to wait another month for my blood to come back and to see the doctor. Go somewhere else. I would if they didn't take my paperwork. As i sit here. All i hear is the worker chattung about anything but work. Like, do your job maybe?

They opened at 8 am I arrived 8:10 at 9 am they only saw 2 people. One worker arrived 8:47am and they still haven't called anyone else. Terrible service and very dirty for a lab. Soiled cotton balls on floor and something dripped across lobby floor probably from previous day. They need to get it together.

Terrible service had me waiting an hour for lab draws, then I go in to see if any names have moved off the list not one.. suck Av has only two labs to draw blood and this office is one of them.. done believe the wait time over the phone, they lie so you will come in and they get your insurance money

Small waiting room. The nurse drawing blood non stops talks in a rude manner about patients. Atleast have the door closed. The tech with her seemed to be annoyed of her as well, as he gives her dry 1 worded responses. Also needs to slow down when she pierces your skin with the needle. Also it would be nice if the nurses behind the closed window greets the patients and tell them that they need to sign in on the sign in sheet, and not needlessly wait in the waiting room because they didn’t know there was a sign in sheet in the first place. People go there for two main things, blood or urine draws. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
