I ordered my laptop at Best Buy to be delivered to my house and FedEx was the one who was going to be delivering it. Well, my order says that my laptop is inside this facility however it has been there for the last 2 months leading me to believe that somebody at this FedEx stole my laptop. Best Buy has since reimbursed me for the laptop nevertheless someone at the store as a thief.

I had the absolute worst service today at this location. I have used this spot for years with no issues and today that all changed. I brought in a package to send off along with the label. It was supposed to be sent back in the box it came in, which was the same box FedEx delivered it in.She told me I was not allowed to ship my package in the box, even after I explained it was the box that FedEx had delivered it in. She made me pay $9 for a box, to put my box in HAHA! Seriously? She said the box I had would get damaged so she needed to make ME pay for their incompetence with delivering. I told her I was not happy about this and could she at least offer a small discount? She immediately said no and charged me the $9 for a box I didn't even get to see. So I begrudgingly paid.I will never willingly come here again. I also filed a complaint with the FedEx customer service 800 #.

I stopped by to ship a package internationally. The place is not busy. So I was catered upon arriving. The employee chose a box for me which I liked to make sure my package will not be cramped. She input the details, made sure to let me check before printing it out. Wonderful. Quality service. My SO accompanied me so I was able to use his discount. From $176 to $40. Wow!!! What a great deal!!! Recommended. Private parking lot. Spacious inside.

It was a wonderful experience to have such a knowledgeable and very accommodating and super friendly individual like Ciara S every single time we have attended this store she has always been extremely helpful with our business needs it takes the stress out of not knowing certain printing needs that she is very knowledgeable in THIS IS DEFINITELY MANAGERS QUALIFICATIONS

Store is closed when online it says it’s open. Walked a mile to come here and couldn’t even print what I needed to.

Love the convenient location of our FedEx. Employees are always nice and helpful. Today I had to send out a package and brought my 2 year old daughter with me. She for sure would rather be at the playground then FedEx. She was getting fuzzy. Ciara went beyond her work and helped me by giving her some popping wrap! Wow she's still playing with that lol right now!

Nice store location, friendly staffs.We used this stores several times. It's close to hotels and highway 14 so is very easy to pick up heavy package before head out. Or drop off large box before heading back.No need to deal with check in those packages at airport. Especially deal with the messy airline miss directed or missing luggage.Great business help.
