Liars! Drivers never "attempt" to deliver for days just to force customers to go pick up their packages from their place. Literally on the front porch waiting just to call and they saying the driver reported no one home or the business was closed. This has happened multiple times in 2 weeks. It is affecting my job and I will be reporting to them that FedEx should not be used since UPS knows how to find the house with no problems.

This is the third and most expensive package claimed to be delivered but was not. When you call they want a door tag number or a order no however none of this is available since it wasn't delivered so their system hangs up on you.

I called off work to be home to sign for package only for driver to make no attempt (never knocked or ring doorbell) when I called customer service the rude guy (never said his name) told me I should pay attention and listen to someone entering my property. Then I asked him if he can hear some one place a sticker on his door and he said yes. I asked to speak to a manager since he wasn't being helpful he told me if I want help call back and clicked on me! I called back to say what he did and the lady that answered said there was no history of my previous call! I was furious at this point. (The drama isn't even over) I finally speak to a manager who tells me he contacted this location and they can't get a hold of the driver but they will call meif driver returns before his shift ends at 6. At 6:03p.m I get a call from a lady saying it doesn't make sense for a driver to do that maybe I didn't hear when they knocked or rang the bell I explained to them how I waited in my living room which is approximately 10 feet away from my front door. I would've definitely heard. They just have alot of excuses.
