I had an accident and dropped an easy-off and it got all over the floor. One of the employees I believe it was Mildre gave me the rudest face that made me really uncomfortable. I believe she was a manager. I don’t know why she is a manager if she has attitude towards the customers.

If I could put a lower rating, I totally would because every single time I've gone here, atleast one thing gets charged twice or they just keep it and I find about it once I get home or a few days later. I've had either one of those things happen so much more often here than in any other store I've ever gone to. Never shopping here ever again.

My family and I visited Palmdale's Family Dollar Store #10250 on Friday, 12/22/2023. We decided drop in to pick up a few last minute Christmas items. Upon arrival, there were limited parking available. So, my husband decided to let my daughter and I out in front of the store as he continued to look parking. We were later joined by husband who was on the phone and very upset with someone on the other end. Apparently, this person claimed to be calling from their corporate office and had witnessed him on CCTV dumping items in their trash bins. This person retrieved his phone number off of his truck and decided to scold him and threatened to call the police. We waited and encouraged that they call local authorities who would be able to review the tapes and have them realize that their accusations were wrong. Additionally, we were demanding an apology but were met myriad of excuses as to them not knowing who had called and that we would need to call the corporate office. I'd like for this store to understand that my husband has worked hard to develop his own company and takes pride as a black owner who provides professional services. Today, was an attack on his credibility and what he stands for. I am appalled that my family and I were accused of something that we did not do and received no apology not even from the store manager. Have a backbone...you're responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoying shopping experience and leave your store wanting to return in the future. Instead, she couldn't even look us in the face as she offered to return items from out cart to the store shelves. Family Dollar, how about you focus on cleaning up the back of your store and securing your trash bins (to deter dumping) rather than accusing an innocent family of dumping.

For A dollar store it’s very expensive for household items. All the $1 items always be sold out. They need to lower their prices. Dollar general is more affordable.

We came to the Family Dollar and we we came and shop and my little one she's 8 and had a emergency last minute had to use the restroom. The guy said no because we didn't have no Restroom but I showed you guys a video saying that there is a bathroom but he's not willing to let my daughter used it and she's only eight. And I as a parent I had to step out and she had a accident. And where not from the area. We live 2 hours away. I'm truly upset that this store that says it's a family store. And I truly don't recommend this store that has children.
