“As soon as I walked inside this store, I was greeted by an associate who asked if he could help me. (Most store associates act as if they don’t see you come in). The young man immediately found the problem with my phone and I was out the door in 10 minutes or less. He absolutely made my day! I don’t remember his name, but he a great asset for that store.”

“The best tmobile store. The best most knowledgable reps. I was assisted by Jasmine. She was so professional and so nice was very patient with me helped me decide what phone was the best option for my life style. I was there for about an hr while she helped me set up my new phone. Not one of them was rude to any customer. I normally dont review but after seeing all these complaints about technical stuff that has nothing to do with the store or sales reps. I had to come on here and say i had the best experience and will continue to shop here. Thank you”

“Last Month I walked into the TMobile Authorized Detailer to see how they work. I was greeted by all. Miguel came off of his brake to help me with the transition. Miguel showed me how AT&T was mishandling my account. He also spent more time with me than I’ve seen other businesses have done. Miguel and I were on the phone with said company for over an hour and a half. He worked hard for me to gather me up a great deal. I feel that he should be commended for his service and dedication.”
