I don’t typically leave reviews, but the best mechanics in the AV. I’ve been to others and a lot operated under the facade of being super nice but are actually screwing you. Super super knowledgeable and really fast. I was very surprised when they did my timing belt in less than two days on my tundra.
Prices are super fair as well and they are honest. Jason takes his time trying to get the write parts and talking through the prices with you which I really appreciated.

This is the best auto repair shop in the Antelope Valley. Don’t waste your time with other shops who will beat around the bush and scam you for your money, come to this shop where you will be told the truth about your cars issue and not be price gouged. I’ve had experience with many shops and none compete with Don’s Automotive.

I'm a woman that came here because two women I trusted told me how honest and great they were. And, to me, they were so right. I got unbelievable great service. My truck runs like a dream now. And, I was told by other mechanics that I needed this and that. Totaling nearly a thousand dollars. Jason went through my truck and figured it out and was spot on. I did not need the stuff I was recommended before, as he went through it with a fine tooth comb. He found the issues that made my engine light, "light up" & that was such a money saver. I totally thought it was going to cost so much more, and thought the other people were right. But, nope. These people are the most honest mechanics I've known since my grandfather. I swear. If you take your vehicle here, they will not rip you off, they will get to bottom of your problem and fix it. Honestly. Like I can't say enough good things about them. When I have to move back to Montana. I will be sad. They are so worth it. Like. They just blew my mind how kind, respectful and honest they are.

I would give 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. Brought my car here today for a second opinion after being told at another shop that my car needs new break, struts, suspension and some other things which will cost around $1000. Jason and the other kind gentleman (not sure how his name is spelled) at Don's Automotive took time to check it all out and informed me none of that was true. I can't believe I almost spent that kind of money for nothing! I'm so glad I met these GOOD and HONEST men at Don's. Very, very, very excellent customer service (hard to find these days). Will be bringing my cars here from now on. So thankful!Service: Brakes

My car randomly started low idling and rumbling when I would hit a stop light. It did this a couple of times before the check engine light came on. First of Don's was the only place I called that serviced cars older than 1996. Mines was a 94 he told me to bring it in even though they were close to closing. He suggested we take it for a test ride before repairs and the car drove fine throughout. He was extremely polite and caring. Although he didnt operate on the vehicle I will bring it back to him in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Don's Auto is probably the only honest repair shop in the valley. They literally took me as a walk in, diagnosed my cars issue, and had me back on the road within same the business day. Excellent service, clear communication, and centrally located. Thanks guys!
