This is for the lancaster facility, I DO NOT recommend the lancaster facility to no oone. Your health is not their main priority. The staff there are liars, they do things that's not professional and lie about it. The RN'S wants you to accept them like they're God. And when you don't they refuse you service medicine. They falsify documents and lie on you. The latest thing is when you don't do what they want you to do they change service for their benefit. For a whole two months I have been able to come early in the morning before my regular chair time at one. I was given a paper to sign on 9/26/2020 asking me if I would change my chair time to 200. I can't because of other obligations in my life. My regular time is 1pm, but like I said for whole two months I been able to come in early morning. The temporary Admin Brad called me on 9/28/2020 and left me a message talking about the paper I signed saying I can't come later. From that date I no longer can come early. When I have been able to come early before I decline to come late. So he had a tantrum and won't let me come early any more. That's how they play with your health. Do what they say weather it's wrong or your health get played with. They are very unprofessional at the lancaster facility. They want you to depend on them and not your own research about your health. They want you to lay there almost dead and not alertive to see what they do wrong. They have patients in there with lumps on their arms from techs poking the needle in the same spot. Which is not suppose to happen. But because I watch how they do things and voice my opinion they don't like me. Which they have that right just like I have the right to watch how you give me my treatment

Dialysis Tech Ms. C (Christine) was amazing. Very friendly and she really genuinely cared for her patients care. She was my husbands tech until we moved out of state. Always had a smile on her face and she stayed on my husband concerning his care and liquid intake. His new facility doesn't hold a candle to the Palmdale facility. Really miss the entire staff.

It's fine during the actual dialysis, but the staff takes eay too long to hook me up and release me.
