I have been coming here a long time for my dogs, since 2012. My latest visit will be my last. I understand that businesses are affected by covid and wait times have increased everywhere but this is not acceptable. I dropped off my dog at 9am for diarrhea and vomiting over the past week. I was told I would get a call back 30mins to an hour while they ran bloodwork. I received no phone calls and decided to call them at 12pm. They told me the vet was busy and to expect a phone call one hour later. An hour an half later still no call so I decided to call them back. They then informed me my dog would need to stay overnight as he appeared to have "liver damage." I tried to speak to the vet and was told the vet would call me but still no calls. I then drove to the vet office and waited outside. By now it's 4pm. I called 3 times from outside since they do not allow anyone inside post covid. All three times the receptionist transferred me to the vet and it would just go to voicemail. Finally I was able to get ahold of the vet by 5pm. And guess what ? Mid conversation the vet puts me on hold and call gets transferred to voicemail. By now I am beyond frustrated. How is it appropriate I dropped off my dog at 9am and never got that phone call 30mins to an hour later I was promised? Worse? It's now 5pm and they won't let me in and vet can't come out mas talk to me or call me back? Finally vet calls me and explains the situation to me. The tech that said my dog had liver damage grossly over exaggerated the agitation. The vet said explained my dog's liver enzymes were barely elevated. His ALTs were 180 (normally 130). True liver damage would be triple that. At this point I declined to leave my dog over night as the vet wanted. The reason my dog was not eating was because he was tired of being stuck at that vet office since 9am. Vet said he was concerned my dog did not p*** the whole time he was there. When I picked up my dog his whole butt was covered in p**** Explain that? As soon as my dog got home he ate and drank lots of water. I'd like to say the vet office cares but I just can't. It's not responsible to leave your customers hanging like this with no updates. If you treat me like this how are you treating my dog behind closed doors? Anyway, that's the last time I am bringing my dogs here.

Ive been taking my pets here for years and they have always treated me and my pets very good and showed a lot of care. And there prices are pretty reasonable.
