A long wait in line, no one greeted me at all. another staff was hanging products in the shelf, she didn't acknowledge me either. Waited forever to be told they aren't a full service UPS drop off locations because they don't take unboxed packages. If I had an issue with my long wait and their inability to send my package back to Amazon I could speak to the manager. She referred me to a full service Ups on 47th st. Maybe you could post on your website that you don't take packages without boxes or labels.

A quick stop to pick up a prescription for my dad. This location is a decent size. It does seem a little run down from past visits. It's located in a centralized shopping center with grocery stores and other services nearby. Along with a gas station, fast food and sit down restaurants. My main stop was the pharmacy at cvs. The pharmacy technicians are all hard workers who serve the community well. Everyone behind the counter is vital to this city and they were all assisting customers upon my visit. Helping those who need extra care just to make it through the day. I appreciate their attentive service. They are all kind souls. As we age we come to a respectful understanding and appreciation to one of our most important assets, our health.

07/25/2023 MANGER AND EMPLOYEE SITTING IN A BLACK TRUCK. CVS AVE S PALMDALE CA SMOKING WEED 6AM BEFORE THEY GO INSIDE TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.. I FIND THIS horrifying AND NEED TO BE FIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Who wants to deal with two loaded M.F AND YOUR MONEY.. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.. the loaded female that got out the black truck is an employee she can pass for a vampire!!! By the way there's a homeless man camped out in front of the store entry. The manager won't do nothing don't bother contacting corporate they won't do nothing I've already tried just watch your step as you enter the door you won't trip over his tent, Tent City arrived during closing until about 12:00 noon when you go to CVS store to conduct your business you will see this individual in a blue tent in front of the store entry

The people working here deserve five stars. I have met some of the best pharmacist and pharmacy related people at this location. It’s not exactly inner city but it seems to be treated that way. Wait times have gotten better recently but they desperately need help with more hiring and redoing the store. One huge thing you need to know before going to this location is that they no longer have frozen items. They do have a snack fridge area and they have freezer space for alcoholic products but food and frozen stuff have been completely removed. I don’t know if this has to do with their service license because they’ve had issues with insects infesting the store and causing aisles to be blocked off by the health department. Try literally any other CVS location unless you have your prescriptions here and need to go.

Tiffany and the young lady in blonde highlights working at the Pharmacy deserve to get fired, beyond unprofessional and strictly rude. Cannot assist any of the people coming in for their prescriptions and when asked questions disregard any importance for proper medical handling. This is what as a pharmacist you are taking on as a responsibility. As a manager of a department or business this is strictly a no go. Will be elevating this issue on to a higher level for importance because this is an issue if someone takes their medication improperly due to negligence by a pharmacist.

CVS pharmacy discriminate against people who have Medi-Cal!!!!!! Worst customer service ever! I been trying to get a prescriptions refilled for weeks and the racist pharmacist Morgan Chou at the pharmacy was so rude & disrespectful to me. Every time I called she has a horrible attitude. I even asked If could pay for my prescription out of pocket since there's an issue & she said if I can could afford to do that then I should be able to afford proper health insurance.

CVS pharmacy #9634 in Palmdale CA discriminate against people who have Medi-Cal and it's all because of Morgan Chou the pharmacist, who is now working at CVS on 25st East #9634! Worst customer service ever! I been trying to get a prescription refilled for weeks and the racist pharmacist Morgan Chou at the pharmacy was so rude & disrespectful to me. Every time I called she had a horrible attitude. I even asked If could pay for my prescription out of pocket since there's an issue & she said if I can could afford to do that then I should be able to afford proper health insurance. I am 24 years old and recently lost my parents in a car accident due to a drunk driver New Year's Eve 2021. Due to my parents death I was removed from their insurance (proper insurance) and put it on to Medi Cal. I was prescribed Xanax in order to cope with this traumatic event and I'm unable to get my prescription refilled and it's because of Morgan Chou the pharmacist at CVS Store #9634.

I went to this location to buy feminine products. Went to the pharmacy to see if I could check out privately. I stood there waiting for one of the pharmacy staff to acknowledge me. Let’s just say that did not happen. So I said excuse me can I pay for this here. I received a rude reply if I stand in line when there was no line one lady picking up there are 3 pharmacy staff present. So I waited I was ignored, so I went to the front of the store where there was a line to ring up my items. I felt like the color of my skin played a part in me being ignored. The front staff was a young man literally ringing up the store by his self. The line was long! Another female staff associate came out and started to help him clear out the line. I told her what happened, and told her I would be leaving a review on my experience. I was like it’s rude to have a line ignore customer’s the last time I checked you assist the customer’s not ignore them! Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional!
