Left a note on here. Must be censoring on here as well . If a security officer can tell me 'to get the hell out" because I refused to wear a mask . Must be a woke or communist store. Won't be back ever!

If I could I would put NO STARS !! Worst CVS IN PALMDALE!!! It's literally dirty when I shop here , the only reason why I shop here is because I pick up my medication but I might need to switch pharmacies because this place is unacceptable. The manager here is stupid and rude, the way she talks is condescending and should really be trained in dealing with customers. How are you going to have a store with only 1 cashier working the register??? Either hire more people or as the manager get your a** on the register and help these poor cashiers out. Another thing I can't stand are the couponers who take the whole damn line up, it's ridiculous. 0 stars if I could !

I recently called to ask about a prescription for my child and the pharmacist who answered the phone was rude. I didn't even get to ask a second question regarding the prescription because she hung up on me! I waited over 20 minutes for this rude lady to answer and hang up within 3 minutes into talking to her! I was not about to wait another almost 30 minutes to get this rude lady back on the phone! Very unprofessional.

The worst CVS in Palmdale! couponers make the line extremely long with only one person working while the managers are talking in the corner. Miriam Guzman is the general manager... completely unprofessional at is a stuck up individual. I have heard from employees that several other workers have quit because of her! The pharmacy line is always long and understaffed as well. They seriously need to hire new people or close it down!

This CVS ALWAYS gives me issues every single month when it's tile to fill my meds. I drive an hour and 40 mins to go to this pharmacy to te I'll my meds since they are the only ones in stock, but it's a problem. It's always an attitude no matter who you get because it is a narcotic. They always give me random days when it's to process my refill and don't allow you to pick up a 30 day supply 2 days early like Your suppose to be able to so you are never going a day without, especially with a maintenance medication. Nope only on day 30 when your totally out and then when you call to find out why it's still processing, they will say oh yeah the do you didn't do this so we have to wait to hear back from the doctor, know full well it's the weekend and you had this prescription for a whole month and decide the day I am out to let me know this? So then your stuck waiting an extra few days with no meds Until they answer the phone when your doc calls. They are very judgmental and zero customer service. Instead they will make me feel like I'm some dirty addict just begging for more meds to abuse when that is so beyond far from reality. Not once have I ever left there satisfied after getting my medication. Beyond stressful especially for someone who has changed their life for the better. Zero compassion, instead " let's mess around and play games with their meds they need daily so they don't turn to street drugs" when really all they are doing is making those who are in addiction and trying to better themselves, want to use and turn to the streets since they aren't able to get what a licensed doctor prescribed them. Follow your own pharmacy's rules, and treat people(whether they get narcotics or not) like humans.

I showed up at 8:54 pm for a new rx. after an urgent care visit with a blood pressure of 170/106. Sasha refused to fill my new medication that I was instructed to start that same night. I understand they are trying to close and go home but where is the customer service? I ended up at the 24hr in Lancaster had to wait over 1 hour for my medication. Now I remember why I stopped going to cvs.

Checked on my prescription. They said it would be ready. I told the pharmacy staff that I had to pay full price since my insurance would not cover it. I asked how much. She said $47.00 was the cost. Well, when I got there, the price was all of a sudden $113.00?? Explain that to me! Had my doctor call another pharmacy, called that pharmacy, they said $42.00, and the price was the same when I got there. Not going to this CVS pharmacy. Rip off

To the management of CVS on Ave S. On Saturday July 25, 2020 I visited your store to pick up some prescriptions for a senior citizen confined to his home since this covid19 started 3 months ago. While standing in the prescription line I asked a employee of yours where I could find the alcohol prep pads. I followed her to the location and picked out 2 small boxes. Then I rushed back to the prescription line. Your employee also mentioned that their might be some larger boxes of these pads at the front of the store. Well I continued to wait in line and a few minutes later this employee came to me with one of the larger boxes of the pads. Wow I was so happy that she had gone out of her way and surprise me with the pads. Now days you don't find anyone willing to stop what they are doing to help you like that. The employees name is (Samantha). Thank You so much Mr. Camacho, USAF, & US ARMY, Retired, 82nd Airborne Division

A very unprofessional pharmacy. I would avoid at all cost. Rude pharmacist employees. I went in with my 68 year old father and mother to get their medicine I would say 12 people waiting to get their prescriptions. They said it will be another hour. We ended up leaving and came back in an hour and asked if the medicine was ready they said almost they where preparing it as we speak. They asked my father a question if he was allergic to penicillin he said yes. They asked him to give a description on how the reactions looks like. He said he doesn't remember he was a child when he had the reaction. The pharmacist responded rudely as if my father was holding back information. My father's medicine was in the pharmacist hands. I had to just bite my tongue and let the rude guy talk. It ended up being another hour and we only get the medicine after my father called his insurance for help on the situation. Shame shame cvs pharmacy. Shame on you. I will be calling the manager and headquarters and we did file a complaint with the insurance company. We were told to stay clear from the pharmacy. They experienced the pharmacy rudeness. Be aware.

If i could give no stars that's what you'd get from me this is the absolute worst CVS ever!!!! My boyfriend is on blood thinners and they are keeping him alive because they are keeping his blood from clotting and killing him. He dropped his prescription off 6 days ago and it is STILL NOT DONE!!!!! They told him on Friday that they'd have it done on Monday which was yesterday. Thankfully they have him 3 emergency pills while waiting for the order to come in but here we are Tuesday at 1:39pm and he's STILL not gotten his prescription. He's now been sitting in store 40 min waiting for them to bottle and bag it. If you say something will be done Monday it should be done Monday. Save your life, time and energy go ANYWHERE but here!
