This place has unprofessional customer service. This morning 6.20.22, I went to the window of this gas station to get gas. I was deny service at the window & was told I had to pay inside. Well what’s the window for, is what I asked the gentleman cashier… He couldn’t give me a answer, so another woman jumped in an said: the window is only used at night (what a joke) I have paid at the window before night has came. A better professional answer could of been given, I don’t know what is happening to customer service these days. Very sad

We can report this station to the state for price gouging. It shouldn’t be 6 a gallon currently.

A guy named pablo didn't want to let us pump gas because we had a 100 dollar bill we said ok let me pump 70 and he said we have no change an also didn't want to let us purchase cigarettes because h3 didn't want to accept a passport card since the ID was expired really bad customer service

It has gas, and snacks. Part of the gas station there is a McDonald's. Next to it a Starbucks.

The young girl behind the counter requested to see my ID as required for a purchase of tabacco products. I produced my valid Colorado Drivers License. She attempted to scan my license....it didn't scan so she gave it back and said I needed a valid ID. I advised it was valid but maybe the scanner only picks up Calif licenses, I lived in Colorado. I asked if she couldn't manually enter whatever info she needed. She said no, thats just company policy. If it doesn't scan i can't accept it, company policy. Needless to say I believe she was dead wrong. With all the military that live in AV they can't possibly have a company policy like that. Thier loss. Will never go there again even though it is close to my family that lives out that way. Please train your personel better. You're losing $$$.

Install some electric vehicle chargers, and I will change this review to 5 stars and become a very regular customer!I once saw a ChargePoint charging station at a Chevron in Orange County and I must say that is a genius move with the inevitable end of gasoline usage in the very near future!

The pumps are not well maintained. Had a bad experience with a defective pump. Just a warning to customers who come to this place.
