Just left the establishment and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service is terrible. This ugly gap teeth lady was no help and had an attitude when we were just trying to open a savings account. And said we do accept walk ins but we only have 2 bankers and one is out today and the other is training but with an attitude like if it's our fault that they are low staffed management needs to do better or close or hire new people.

This branch is so close to me but the drive through atms never work. If you get lucky 1 of the 2 will work. The atms outside the lobby work but the problem is that the doors are locked when the bank is closed. If you need a Chase, your best bet is to go to the Chase on Palmdale Blvd. That branch has outside atms.

Worst branch ever! Only has drive thru atm available after hours! They have all this money and they cannot invest on atms outside the branch! Def considering closing my accounts!!

This Chase branch has the worst customer service. I have never had a bad experience with a teller but the bankers and the "manager " Evelyn are rude and unprofessional.My first experience with Evelyn was very unpleasant. I inquired about a hold placed on deposits and she basically said she couldn't help me, she didn't review my account activity or check to see that I've been a customer for more than 20 years with a good standing account. I worked in banks before and I'm aware that banking center managers are able to release funds upto a certain amount.My next interaction with her was worse. I went in to open a new account and after waiting for 20 min she comes over and says we probably won't be able to help you if you don't have an appointment. I asked why didn't anyone address when they saw us sitting there in the beginning. Then a banker comes over to say I have an appointment right now but what do you need. I informed them of needing to make a large deposit and everyone's tune changed. It was absolutely ridiculous. They became more friendly when I told them I had money.Anyways I took my business to Wells Fargo. They were much more friendly, helpful and professional right across the street.I truly hope Chase does something about this branch.

Drive thru ATM is always down there's 2, but usually only 1 works. There's 2 ATMs that customers should have access to when the bank is closed using your card to get access to, but that's also broken. Chase solution to this is to put an orange cone in front of the door to let you know it's broken. This has more than a year like this, and it's still not fixed. Looks like Chase doesn't take their customers seriously and doesn't care of the inconvenience its causing their customers

The parking structure sucks. Every time you want to ask a simple question you must make an appointment which is ridiculous. Their left drive-thru ATM never works!!!!!

Rarely can I find a Chase ATM in my area that are able to take cash deposits. Employees are great! Security is great! But went to 3 different Chase ATMs in Palmdale in one day & none could take a deposit. This happens often & isn’t specific to a particular branch.

Went to this branch on 47th east to cash a JP Morgan Chase check from Zurich Ins. To avoid a hold on funds, was fine the teller counted out the money printed the receipt, he asked for an override that’s when the manager stepped in 30mins latter standing there forever she denied the transaction because the check didn’t have “jr” on it, my multiple forms of id didn’t have jr either, the check had my unique last name same address. Can’t explain why she was this way, after she left for the 4th time to go into the secret room of wait, even the teller said he didn’t get her actions. Could’ve gone to my bank across the street and just deposit it and dealt with a possible hold, but I decided to go to the other Chase Bank and simply paid the 10$ and cashed this check. My advice to Chase don’t hire people that would be better at parking enforcement. Never had this happen before.

Avoid after 5pm. The atms inside are always locked after the bank closes, and the drive thru only has one working atm. They have two but one is always out or order! Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins when its not too busy to use drive thru atm.
