I give this bank zero stars !!!! After finding fraud on my debit card having just paid my rent which will now overdraw my account . They say they can't do anything !!! Spoke to 3 supervisors in three dept ! No help this bank is a joke !!! Been banking here since 2007 . I am pulling my accounts

Branch was empty today branch is clean only 2 tellers tho no lines which was great this branch has a lot of atms inside and outside only had 1 security branch is really convenient cuz it in av mall parking lot

I had a really bad experience with the teller at Chase Bank. The teller was very nasty to me.My husband went into chase with a check from one of my customers, the amount of the check was $34,000.00. AGAIN THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN OFF A CHASE ACCOUNT.The nasty teller put a 2 day hold on the check. I have a checking account from Chase and the customer paid me with a Chase account check.Talk about low key racial discrimination.How in the hell do you put a hold on a check that’s both the parties have a Chase account.I am going to make sure Chase corporate know how this racist teller deals with a black man.We took all out money out of chase.To add insult to injury the next day our mobile app says the funds were not on hold the next day we went into the bank and the customer service representative on chase 800 number said there was no hold.We had to take the phone in the bank with the customer service person on the phone to tell the nasty person that there was no hold in the funds.Mind you we received checks like this every month deposited into our account.They looked at my black husband and this large check and he was in their eyesight suspicious.Am going to go to Bank of America where I have done business for 30 years and who don’t treat me like I have a stolen check

Absolutely abysmal! Had an issue where my account was compromised. Was told to go into branch. I went into this one. After a couple of hours we deactivated compromised account and started a new one. Left thinking everything was good. Apparently I left without signing papers to officially start the new accounts so I got a phone call saying I needed to come back in to do that. Why didn’t I do that originally? Now 3 business days later my finds are not available because the claims department needs a ucc faxed back to them. They said I need to go into a branch, ask for that form , fill it out and fax it back to them before another 3-5 days of getting my money back. Once again I ask, why didn’t I fill this form out when I was in on Friday and faxed back to them so I could my money back? When this is all done we are done w Chase forever. Bank of America will be getting our business and Chase will be a think of the past.

I've been banking with chase for awhile, as long as they have your money, it's good...now I needed them to cash a Title company check, they gave me the run around ? no help...not satisfied

We have a serious issue and the person assigned as our banker is Zvard Santourian. Her emails all bounce saying we have no permission to email. Her phone goes to voicemail. Nobody who we can reach on the phone will try to connect us to a person. We have over $1,000 in illegitimate fees that their customer service team from Texas promised to waive and it never happened. We are desperately trying to get ahold of a person and cannot. Unless you want to wait an hour in line to see a banker, it looks like you are dealing with a black-box. No customer service at all. Might as well be run by algorithms.
