Worst bank I’ve ever had especially for a business account. Don’t ever do business here. They closed my account and seized my 5 figure check and my funds because they said it was 3rd part. If that’s the case give me my check back send me my money and close my account. I called for an update and they say they haven’t got an update from fraud dept. it’s been months! That shouldn’t take months to give me an update. They want my check to bounce so bad but it’s not happening. Just avoid these scammers at all costs. Trust me. Take your business to chase or any other bank but not this one. Con artists.

Always friendly and professional. They make me feel like family. Whenever I go in to this branch, I am greeted with a smile, and am called by my name ! This is old fashioned great customer service. The folks who do the hiring know their stuff. They hire great people, all too rare in many places today.

If got a dollar for ever time they rip someone off I would he rich dont come here or activate a account. Once you have a account with them they will make sure your account goes overdrawn so they can get there overdraft fee on you

Excellent excellent excellent service today. I opened a business acct today for my new business. It went very well ! The fees are low... And the fees are 0 as long as I keep a very low balance in my acct. I had walked into Union Bank just before to get info in the business accts from them. They were not helpful at all and they didn't want my money was my feeling so I went to a bank where they wanted my business !

Okay... During this Covid 19 they have closed the Lancaster branch and kept this one open. Why?The Lancaster branch has a drive thru and is larger. This one in Palmdale is smaller, much more restrictive and no drive thru. This causes major customer issues.And the tellers are very rude!

On hold for 43 minutes on two different phones. Recording says they will be with me shortly. What a JOKE !!! I started this call before 5pm The website said online banking support is available til 7pm PT On top of the webpage says "You deserve a quick answer" We are way past "quick" I would settle for an answer at this point
