Hands down worst BK I've ever been to. Service is terrible, they do not follow what is supposed to be on items and it's absolutely the worst if you order any soft serve item, because they don't put chocolate on their Sundays when they claim they do and a soft serve cone is one inch above the cone. Someone needs to sue them for false advertising. The supervisor ROSA, hands down doesn't resolve issues, she doesn't even speak to customers, she only talks to employees and takes their word for it. The guy in drive threw should be fired. They both should be. In addition, never a line there, never see cars there...that speaks volumes.

Had the worst experience! The young guy working the register today has the WORST customer service attitude. Acted like I had the audacity to bother him by even ordering. Food took forever also, and the quality like everyone else says is lacking. Please choose another Burger King. This ain't it.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! WHEN WALKING INTO THIS STORE, I NOTICED THE TRASH WAS OVERFLOWING JUST OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE AND ROACHES WERE CRAWLING AROUND. IT WOULDN'T BE SURPRISING IF THEY WERE ALSO IN THE STORE AS WELL! MANAGERS DONT SEEM TO CARE! DISGUSTING!!!!

Food was pretty bad, cold fries and poorly made burgers. Service was aweful, we were standing at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to take the first order.... And they knew we were there. They would take 1 order, then wait like 3 minutes to take the next, and so on. What should have been a quick order took about 20 minutes to put in 3 orders.Still no drink fountain, so you have to ask for refills. There's like 1 trash can in the whole restaurant, tables were dirty.

I waited 25 min for my order and the customer service was horrible they even forgot something in my meal. My food was cold when I got to the car. Very disappointed. Not the first time at this location but I keep trying to give them

I just went through the drive-through and asked about the paw patrol kids meals and I was told they were available. I paid for my food and noticed there were no toys! I parked my car and had to take my 2 grandkids out of there car seats and go inside! Unfortunately, the manager Loose says differently that the toy is not being given out until all plastic cups are given in a very rude manner and then handled the food inside the bag with her gloves, touching french fries and chicken nuggets I find it to be unacceptable she refuses to communicate with the drive-through and wanted to make excuses and said that she was never in formed then wants to treat a customers poorly. I asked for my money back after Loose handed the food and I said all over a toy! There is 2 toys available I asked if we could have one of each as the boys are standing there asking inside the restaurant at this point! Loose is very mean she refused to give the kids and chose to only give one of the same toy to both children, I would not expect a manager to act like this! I believe the most professional thing to do if a customer ask for a specific kids meal to advise the customer at the drive-through. Unfortunately, Loose says different! Loose claims to be manger of this store and Loose doesn't have a supervisor she is the supervisor, and will not say who the supervisor of this Burger King is ! I will be contacting the customer service on Monday!

The person named as she gave me was LaRhonda. They forgot to give me the drinks I purchased. I had to ask. They also did not offer any condiments such S catsup. What happened to quality service.

COMPLETE GARBAGE. The bun was definitely old and stale. Tiny patty. Order was wrong. Drive through person didn't understand basic English. Worst burger I've ever had. I ordered a whopper with no lettuce. Not exactly the hardest thing in the world. I've worked in fast food and this burger king is an absolute disgrace. The burger would've suited my dog better. No idea how people get jobs without knowing basic English and following easy instructions.

I just left here and I asked them before I left if everything was in the bag because I was holding sodas and couldn't check. They told me yes, only for me to get home and my couple orders of nuggets are missing but they are on the receipt. And of course I live 15 mins away. I am calling the establishment and they refuse to answer.

My review is mainly for the young lady working the registers today . I frequent this location a lot and the service is always fine i dont expect top tier service for fast food but today i went in and waited longer than normal and couple numbers skipped ahead of me and the wait wasn't long enough to be upset but the young girl recognized that i waited longer than normal and apologized twice for the wait and added free fries without me complaining or expecting anything . Which is why I'm making the review so fast i just left maybe 30 minutes ago. This is not an easy location to work at so for her to notice my wait and do something is appreciated
