Went today for my sons birthday, as his first experience I say he enjoyed it but it’s not like it use to be. Not sure if it all changed because of COVID but now we have to write our own bear certificate instead of doing it on the computer, maybe because it was a small stand? But other than that the 2 employees who attended us were very nice and patient.

I absolutely love this place. Even when it first came out. I've loved to see how they make their build a bears. My nephew loves it here and the workers would help him create the perfect bear that he wanted. And even to this day he loves the bear that he had help to make. Would recommend

Love this place. Animals they sell are super soft and fun experience. Extremely friendly and want to make sure you have a great experience.

Good place not the same when it was in a shop but it still good. That girl Briana (the girl with glasses) she may or may not be the only Briana. The point is she is so kind, sweet and lovable. She make the experience amazing.

I miss there being an actual store. However the employees at the Build a bear kiosk, were very nice and helpful.

I took my little sister to the AV mall specifically because they have a Build A Bear. I used to make them all the time as a child and I wanted her to have an amazing first experience. The associate, Tyler, did a fantastic job with guiding us through the entire process of creating a stuffed cat! She was beyond friendly and helpful. My little sister loves her new toy. I would recommend coming here for a unique toy experience!

Very rude!! Teaching my daughter the value of currency and the lady had absolutely no patience!! Not to mention there was nobody else there. No smile my daughter said thank you and no "your welcome". Very poor manners. Never going back!
