They made me pay more money after my insurance paid them. Months later, they are doing the same. Again, They want me to pay more money after my insurance paid them. They treat people like number only not like patients. They are not efficient at all nor some employees are friendly. They don't realize they are just employees paid by customers. Unfortunately, I don't know the name, but this person have to change her attitude.I recommend find another dentist office.

We loved mrs anna in the front she helped us out and was very nice. Dr tan was great made us feel comfortable when doing the wisdom teeth removal. Only issue was the nurse that didnt know how to put the iv in my mans arm correctly and poked his arm a 3rd time she had him a little uneasy thankfully dr tan saved the day and did it correctly.

Horrible!!!! Dont waste your time. My brother visited bright now in Palmdale yesterday as an emergency due to severe tooth pain. After they insisted to do the procedure right away ( root canal-2 crowns, etc totaling 1700 with insurance), they sent him home asking him to pick up his prescription (pain killer/anti flammatory)at the pharmacy he requested. They made it very clear that he would just get one day’s worth so he could go the next day. Unfortunately the pharmacy didn’t get the order from the dentist even after my brother called several times. Nancy, the dentist receptionist, even told him to have the pharmacy call her.. well pharmacies don’t do that unless they need clarification. Not knowing what else to do after now the second day of severe pain and after talking to Nancy (she had the audicity to ask him to just do the procedure now), I called in his behalf and NANCY tells me their prescription system doesn’t work but that he was encouraged to do the procedure yesterday…. Hmmmmm sorry Nancy but many people don’t have 1700 dollars saved up… as you could understand.. it would have been nice for them to have made my brother aware of this so he doesn’t waste his time. He is now going to another dentist that could treat him more like A person.. it feels like they were trying to pressure him into doing the procedure with them right away by only prescribing 1 days worth of meds… I do not recommend this place to anyone as this place has very little regard for people. My brother is still on a lot of pain but I will be helping him send out a complain to the insurance company and the better business bureau. Money hungry “professionals.”

I am a new patient and had called previously to leave my information such as insurance, social security number etc. I was expecting to have everything done. Arrived at 1:45 pm office was closed for lunch I assumed. My appt was at 2pm completed my Paperwork as usual for new patients. They didn’t see me until 4:26 pm. It only took me 6 mins to confirm with my Insurance and took them forever on their end. Left home with the same pain as I walked in since I was told a that a specialist needed to do the extracción. The appt was not available until Feb 20th. I don’t recommend this place at all. P.S. no recommendations or medication.

Last year, I went into Bright Now to conduct my wisdom teeth removal surgery. During the process of sticking IV's in me and sticking tubes in my nose, the doctor told me that I had to suddenly pay an extra $600 dollars for bone graphs with my $800 copay. I tried to deny the bone graphs has my brother was able to get his surgery without it and healed fine but they refused to do the surgery without getting them, so I ended up leaving without getting anything done. Fast forward a few months my girlfriend has to get her teeth removed too. After confirming that she can get a free consultation with xrays included she went over, now shes being harassed by the team claiming that she owes them $180 dollars. This place is sleazy please be careful.

I had my first appointment here yesterday. I lost a filling in my front tooth which turned into infection and I have been in a ton of pain. They were able to get me in the same day and prescribed my medicine all within an hour.I need some extensive work done and going to the dentist always terrified me, and I get emotional because of anxiety and poor experiences in the past with other doctors. They made me feel so welcome and were very comforting. This is the first place I have been to that offers in house financing. They were honest about the cost and what I needed, but in the nicest way possible. Thank yall so much. I look forward to continuing my journey with you.

First time visit Bright Now Dental. I seldom write comments about someone unless he or she does an excellent job. The hygienist, Allie is amazing. She is very thorough and is very considerate. The music she puts on is based on her patients’ age she said. She understands patients already stressful enough for getting their teeth done and she doesn’t want to put on the music she likes to listen to that her patients might not have the same taste as her. She said she can listen to her favorite music at home but not at work. She puts her patients first.

I had my visit on Friday, 10/20, and I must say I was blown away by this place. I unfortunately didn't record anyone's name, as I spoke to at least 10 staff during my entire time at my appointment, but each and every person I spoke with was professional, courteous, and anyone requiring explaining anything to me, was thorough and comforting as they explained their portion in great detail. Based on my first fill experience here, I can't wait for my future appointments and have already put my down payment on my invisaligns. What a great place. Thank you to all of the staff who took the time to welcome me and walk me through each part, while continuously apologizing to me for keeping me there. You all are fantastic and I look forward to working with you on improving my smile

Getting through to the front desk as an existing patient to get a new appt is very difficult. The phone wait time is long & when the call got disconnected on their end I wasn't aware so I waited over 30 mins before calling back. And the front desk staff didn't advise me to schedule my ortho appt on the last day that my current aligners are being used so I ended up scheduling it 2 weeks too early.

This particular office is amazing! The manager is top notch! I recently went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and I experienced a sour nurse. It put me in a bad mood/kinda scared and once the manager realized I had gone from the removal of 4 teeth to just 1, she came in to make sure I was okay and not panicking. I told her what happened and she corrected the issue right away. Then the tech that assisted, comforted me so much and was an absolute gem of a sir. I decided to go for 3 wisdom teeth and it was the easiest thing ever. They made me feel great and safe! I’m moving back to LA, but the Palmdale location is where I’ll be always driving to from now on!

Apparently being on time is not a concern for the dentist here. My husband had a 9:00 appointment for today. The dentist was "on his way". After 15 minutes, he left. This was the 2nd time this dentist was late for the first appointment of the day. Very unprofessional. Our time is just as important as the dentist's time. Not to mention that the rest of his appointments are affected by his late arrival.

Everyone was friendly. They were a bit short staffed, but who isn’t? Even being short, they made sure I was updated regularly and that any needs I may have had were met. The dentist was very nice. The place was clean. No complaints.
