I opened a new account and ported from metro and specifically asked for no insurance and wanted to take advantage of a good deal they had for getting an iphone. I called customer care and found out they forced insurance on my line and over charged me. This is ridiculous. Forcing add on features when i didn’t want it. This is horrible help. Just to make a better sale and force add ons. Never going back to this store. This place needs to be audit and corrected. I wonder how many other ppl have been scammed.
