Great customer service, the in house Starbucks is a plus. Employees are very polite and professional. From my experience it's better than all the other Barnes and Noble book stores in other areas. Best in the AV and Santa Clarita.

I used Barnes and Noble to study or do work but is logic we use devices, it is greedy from the company not to let customers in their cafeteria plug theirdevices while they are buying books and coffee.

Looks nice store workers are helpful but restrooms are bad no toilet paper doors are falling off they look like is not the same place

I also enjoy my Barnes & Noble experience. I stopped by to pick up some math and writing workbooks for my children and ended up with a book for me and cookies from Starbucks. I was having trouble finding the writing workbooks for my children and a really sweet employee was able to help me immediately. I walked around for a bit and ended up coming across a book that was on my reading list. Made whole by Tiffany Aliche is a must read and I am definitely getting my ? money's worth. I love Barnes and Noble and can't wait to get back!
