TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I had a 10:30 appointment with GEORGE)they moved it at 11:30 they rescheduled without letting me know!! My dad went with me to help me open an account I’m a handicapped person my dad try to speak to a manager at this bank she just told my dad I’m sorry,they had a meeting and that George with help us . George is unprofessional he did not want to open my account he said that he needs to go lunch and he did not even want to check my documents… He just ignore us and told us to get out the bank because he doesn’t want to open my account … I really don’t know why people like him are working at the bank they should help…To make appointments is wasted of time….

Really bad attitude without any type of patience or experienced at customer service. ATM wasn't working, could have post a bigger sign advising to not use any of the outside machines. Or the least could have post a 8X10 paper sign "not a sticky paper note". There was no card reader, so my card just never return back to me by machine. So basically I asked the lady if there was a way for her to get it? But she'd just reply "didn't you see the posted"? Just cancelled the card and get a replacement. She could at least had advised or assure me that once someone get in there it will be destroy for my privacy and security of my information. This bank need better trained humans with better customer service. This lady didn't had any manners at the way she handle my concerned.

I get a "response" with the usual BS. What difference does it make "what I came in for" . BOTTOM line, GET more people at the WINDOWS! There has been other complaints about the same issue, and obviously it hasn't beed resolved.One teller!! There are things that you HAVE to go to a branch but they don't care to put more ppl. I simply HATE coming here, and spend the LONGEST just waiting in line.

Had a 2 pm appointment.waited 45 minutes.very unprofessional and unmanaged bank.terrible customer service and there's no one who takes responsibility for it.gonna move my money to another bank.they lost my me and my family's business.

Great experience!! I opened a bank account here friendly staff shout out to Blanca that assisted me and helping me on the path to become a first time home owner!!! Thanks Bank of America! Also they care about the customers good job guys!

Darling, the personal banker was very unprofessional, disrespectful and indiscreet, careless handling my personal information and inefficient. During my hundreds of interactions with professionals, clients, corporate managers or business owners, I haven't dealt with an employee who has shown this much disregard and lack of interest for the way she represents her employer. She must be either underpaid, or someone just self-assured, inexperienced, unqualified or untrained, or simply was having a really bad day and should have stayed home.

Slowest bank ever!!! They always have lines they frequently go from only 2 tellers to 1! And other workers just standing by the door and talking instead of opening another window. The people are nice but really just have another window ready to open or on standby.

Terrible bank. The bankers don’t care about customers and neither does this bank. They steal money with their frivolous fees and you have no way to fight it because they say “their system” determines which fees are legitimate and not an actual human. Of course their “system” is going to side with making the bank money with fees and once their “system” decides, the bankers can’t do anything about it. Terrible business practices to steal money. Closing our business and personal accounts and going back to Chase or Citi. Fk BofA.

Bank of America is so trash been trash that’s why I don’t bank here… just had to come her to cash my check with my new job since it was with Bank of America toook extremely to long… line was extremely long with only two too ppl at the window …. they want u to use the machines but when the line is that long with available tellers that can help get the line down.. they need to utilize these ppl

Shout out to Eriberto Nieto and lady infront of the entrance [ forgot to ask her name :( ]. They are super friendly and warm welcomed. When i came here for the first time and i have no experiences about applying for credit card. The lady helped me and sent me to Nieto who is also super gentle and helped me applied for credit card despite the fact that i’m an international student. 5 stars for both of you :)
