The staff here was rude. There was an older gentleman who needed to mail his granddaughter a birthday gift. The staff refused to allow him to mail his items. My husband had even tried to go in to mail for him and they refused him as well just because she knew it was for the older man. I would give this place one star if I could. It is really sad since it is literally the only post place in the small community.

The price is doubled compared to post office. Better to go to post office or print shipping label by myself. I should have called to check the price first.

Terrible service. Machines don't work. The owner was having a personal conversation on his phone, very rude man like I was interpreting him. Does not wear a mask during a pandemic! I wish I would have gone somewhere else avoid big time!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS!!! If you can drive elsewhere, please do so. The owner is overly careless and disrespectful just like his employees. Customer service is the worse. Today was second time there and the last. The first time I was using his notary services amd right in the middle of the transaction, his female employee comes in with the phone on her hand and asked him to stop helping so that he can talked to HER mother. I was furious. WTH Second time around just like the first time I walked in, I asked him to wear his mask. I was sending out a box and he put His name as sender rather than asking for mine, I really wanted to scream at him. He was supposed to ask for my name and address as the sender. I can honestly say I hate him so much and I would never ever go there.

I've been going here on and off for decades. It's convenient for me. Quick and friendly service. They also have a Notary, which came in handy recently.
