“Cycle Gear in Palmdale exceeded my expectations by a wide margin! Very clean and very well organized to start with but the real gift of this store is their staff! I went there to purchase a rear tire for my Concours and was helped by several people. They helped me select a tire then took my wheel back to mount and balance the new tire as I began looking at accessories. This is when I met Al who was very knowledgable about the different bluetooth products available and was very patient with me, taking the time to thoroughly explain all my options! Maybe the best service I have ever received anywhere! I highly recommend this store and in fact I changed my home store on the Cycle Gear app from Bakersfield to Palmdale because of the superb service I received today! Fantastic!!!”

He stayed with me made sure my car was secure then left after hours and didn’t even know me that was a super kind gesture I love this place I highly recommend them and they store big rvs as well in a secure storage”

“I've tried other mechanics for my 1970 VW Beetle, and these guys are the best. My car has a stick automatic and very few people around Los Angeles know how to work on them. The mechanic prior to VV, looked at my transmission and said it couldn't be fixed, and suggested it be converted to a traditional stick.
Hal at VV took a look and quoted me $125 to get it working. He lived up to his word. The other mechanic said the car had another major issue. When I asked Hal to check on it, he said there was no issue. My car runs great now.”

“I found this Auto Parts store last week and it was a wonderful surprise. In a world of endless Autozones and O'Reilly auto parts stores, this store is right out of the past and is greatly welcomed. It hasn't changed in decades and took me back to the 50's, 60's and 70's when stores like this one had real old school character. “I needed headlights and fog lamps replaced on my Toyota Tacoma truck, I had purchased them after market and wanting to have them replace the old yellowed ones, I checked around other like businesses and found this place to be right within the price range I wanted to pay. I spoke with the Manager-Jesse and he was able to book me for the next day. I was made to feel quite comfortable in my surroundings and he made sure to advise his team of what I wanted and needed done. I was within walking distance of a restaurant which had decent, tasty food, and upon my return, the truck was almost completed. I saw the amount of cars in this business and that to me was a good indicator of people bringing their vehicles in for work they could trust. I'm very happy to have found this place for my lighting needs, however, they offer many more services, I recommend giving Jesse a call (see photo attached) and check with him first before considering other options, I think you will be happy you did, for not only did they do the job right for me, but also completed it in a very timely manner. Great job Jesse, thank your team for me.”
