I have always had my car serviced by Antelope Valley Volkswagen! I love how nice and helpful the employees are and more importantly how thorough of an inspection my car gets. I usually wait for the service when I bring my car in and they email me the entire time keeping me updated about my car. They also include a video of your car being inspected and what needs to be repaired. I just can’t say enough about this dealership. I will always go to this dealership for my cars service.

I’m honestly so disappointed in my experience with Volkswagen. I brought my car in & knew the exact issue. They wanted to charge me for a multipoint inspection that cost $190 but said that it would go towards the repairs. They did the inspection, told me what I already knew plus a slew of other issues; one of them being a burnt out running day light bulb which they wanted to charge me like $112 to replace. I couldn’t afford to pay what they were asking for the main issue so I opted to just pay the $190 I was required to pay and asked if they could just replace that lightbulb since the money was supposed to go to the repairs. I was told that the money could only go to the main issue I brought my car in for. I obviously knew the light was burnt out, but had I just MENTIONED it beforehand it would have been replaced? It just doesn’t make sense. So I left with my car in the exact same condition, and they couldn’t even install a 8 dollar light bulb after I paid them almost $200. I know that dealerships usually over charge for things but I didn’t realize they had all of these policies in place to milk you for every dime they can get out of you . I went with volkswagen because I thought they would take of me but I feel so screwed over by them. I feel scammed and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was happy my car battery was in stock , they took me in considering I didn’t have an appointment which was also very appreciated. The wait wasn’t more than the usual ( 2 hours ) but something was left in my car ( not sure what it’s for ) but it’s a metal stick and I don’t like it when they use my radio to listen to music. They should have their own sound system in their tire shop or they should wear wireless headphones if they want to listen to music. It’s not their vehicle to be using it to listen to music. I never listen to the radio because I like to listen to my own purchased music and more than once I have found it on the radio feature.I also have trouble getting through to the main number, I made several attempts before it occurred to me to look them up on Google maps so I could call a different number and that’s how I got through. Not the first time this happens either.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Tara helped me troubleshoot before purchasing parts and stayed late to have the service finished so I can take my car home the same day. They definitely take care of their customers!

Jose came out to meet me one evening when he saw me looking at the cars, he was very polite, and not pushy in the least. We went for a test drive, and then I made a plan to return in two days and we did. He was in communication with me during those two days, and I appreciated the followup.

Great customer service; had to drop off very early, and it was no problem. Tara was very helpful and when I picked it up they were having problems with their system. Tara worked with the payment to ensure it went through.

Customer service is great & technician is very efficient. They send a video of the engine which is very unusual since no other dealership had ever did that which was very helpful. Overall highly recommended .

I have a 2021 Atlas and a 2018 Atlas because I love these vehicles! I also love the service at Antelope Valley Volkswagen dealership. Tara is amazing! She is always there for us, like family. I would recommend this dealership, and the service it provides to any, and everyone!
