They have the cheapest storage space in the av super nice and clean they also do very reasonable body work and take most insurance that comes in I remember I came after hours they were already closed. He stayed with me made sure my car was secure then left after hours and didn’t even know me that was a super kind gesture I love this place I highly recommend them and they store big rvs as well in a secure storage

Andres Auto body staff is really friendly with great service and in my case full of surprises because I went in to drop off my car and my key was broken and falling apart, I was planning on buying a new one from Mazda Diamond and at my arrival for pickup they surprised me with a brand new key free of charge! Not saying it’s guaranteed to happen to/for you but it might! I will keep going back anytime I have car troubles. Thank you so much Andres Auto Body I am truly grateful for the experience ❤️

I took my car there, because my automobile insurance told me to take my car there around October of last year.
The gentleman in the beginning was extremely nice to me. Which I thought it was strength. Then, he said that his technician would start checking out the problem with my vehicle and so I left my car there but then, I got home and I remembered that my parents would be taking a trip and I would not have anyone else to drive me to his shop.
This is when I decided to go back the next day to pick up my car and I told him that I couldn't leave my car at his shop. I told him that I just couldn't wait for 2 weeks. Because I needed someone to check out the issues in my car, so I told him that I would be taking my car in that moment.
He brought my car out and stated removing the marks that he had made on my car with his highlighted. While he was removing the highlighted off my car, I quicky noticed that his demeanor had changed. Because I told him that I was not going to leave my vehicle there anymore and that I wad taking my car to another shop. He began to remove the marks from his highlighted off my vehicle and I told him.... there are still 3 marks left on my car, I said.
Then, he looked at me with an angry look on his face and said..."You can remove those marks when you wash your car." Then, I responded....I don't know when is it that I am going to take my car to get washed? I continued by saying.... If you don't want to remove the marks, I can do it myself. Can I have the cloth and I will remove the marks that you left on my car, don't worry, I can do it myself.
When I said that, this is when he responded by..."I'll remove them," but at this point I didn't want to be there anymore and I am very glad that I never left my car this Andre guy. Because if this is the attitude he gave me, I would never recommend any of my friends to go there.

Took my car in for an estimate since the air vent box on the dashboard came off when I was trying to remove my phone holder. Alex fixed it right on the spot and didn't charge me. He made it look very easy to do when you have the right tools. Thanks, Alex. I appreciate your great work and expertise. When the weather gets better, I'm taking my truck in for body work I need done in the front and repainted.

Well i don’t write unless its a good or a bad place and let me just say, stay away!!!!! They make you look like you’re an idiot and think you know nothing about cars and how collision/ insurance claims work …carlos and the Caucasian guy got mad at me for not bringing the totaled part to them so they can “match it” i told them “you don’t need to match it” since they have serial numbers for a reason(part and colors included with the sn) and if the part is not available how do they “match it” he was speechless.Then brought the car out and proceeded to say “i will cancel all the parts” where was the issue? If i have no part why get mad that you can’t see it? Anyway this kind of customer service is not good for that type or any professional business. Would not recommend this place to anyone, saving you a head ache.
