I'm probably a one off case but I got 4 new tires 4 days ago and after 4 additional visits they can't get them to balance. Never had an issue with shaking before. They smashed up one of my hubcaps after I told them not to install them. I don't trust them to do anymore work on my truck and I won't return even for warranty work.

Was told it would take an hour or two to put on a new tire. Came back at 2 hours haven't even touched the truck. Now sitting here at 3 hours no service. Go somewhere else. These guys are so slow. Having to have someone come pick me up.

Very disappointing experience. I will never use American Tire in Palmdale in future nor recommend them to any of my friends.
I arrived and booked my car in for a wheel balance, the guy said there are two cars in front of you and it could be an hour or two, i paid and said id come back. the guy said as soon as the second car is nearly done i will call you.
I drove away and about 15 minutes later he called saying that there was a cancellation and i could come back and fit right in. i immediately turned around and headed back there, i was around 10 minutes and i could see the bay where they did the wheel balancing was empty.
I entered the front door and there was a long line, i stopped a member of staff and explained what happened and i was here to get a wheel balance after a call back, he said OK ill look into it. He proceeded to help other people for around 20 minutes until it was my turn in the line. i explained again what happened and they said ok give me your keys and take a seat. I had to wait another hour and 30 minutes before my car was attended to. i complained to the guy who told me to come back and he said the car before you took longer than expected, i said that's a lie because the ramp was empty when i came back and why did he call me to come back if the car before me was still being worked on.
There was another customer there who was also complaining he'd been waiting nearly 5 hours for his tires to be changed and another customer said he experienced the same as me with the wheel alignment, he'd been there 2 or 3 hours too.

Counter super slow
7 stall shop with two cars in there
Been here for 2 hours for two front tires that were in stock
My truck is still hasn’t been seen and sitting in the parking lot
They have approximately 8 employees here
Bummer nice shop
Great location
Nice people
Maybe needs a new ownership

Horrible experience. Went in for a tire patch. Told it wasn’t something that could be fixed and a new tire would cost $350! Absolute rip off. Went to affordable tire down the road and got a patch for $20. Not a great feeling and wont be returning.

Made an appointment and got there early. They took me right in, and I was done super fast. They didn't hassle me to buy more than what I asked for, which I get all the time from other places. Fast and friendly service. Thank you, guys.
