Horrible business, they try to charge customers more by not allowing the customer to bring their own parts. I tried to change my front brakes and rotors and i bought my own parts from autozone and wanted a service from them to install it and charge me for their labor they refused because they wanted to get me the same parts i already have And include it in the repair. I asked them how much that would be and i asked for parts price details and it turns out they make 100$ more on just that alone. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This goes out to everyone looking for an Honest Automotive service center. This Auto Center is the best. No BS with we have to do a diagnostic test with fee's like many other Auto Repair shoppes. Great customer service and Auto repairs on foreign and Domestic vehicles. I will say, look no further!! Take your vehicle over to them period. The most Honest Auto Repair in the AV. Quality and Honest Service. I highly recommend them.I am a customer for life!!! Thank you so much for doing my breaks (Front & Rear), Spark Plugs and Oil Change.

Danny is by far the best mechanic in town. We have used him throughout the years to service our cars. He is always honest and has never tried to up sell us. Infiniti gave us a $1600 invoice and Danny was able to do the same job for less than half of what we were quoted and my car drives amazing. His shop is also very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend his services if you are looking for an honest mechanic!

So.... I go in around 12:45 pm. Lunch break. Asked for an oil change. 45$. Great deal. Then, was politely offered a high end water. Then, was called to come see a "real problem". After, I declined I paid for the oil change and guy says, "it's going to be another 5 min." Okay... 20 min passes and I hear my ride turn on so I go outside thinking my ride is ready. Oh no I see "Carlos" checking my ride for just about anything wrong with my car for what he claims to be for "safety". Pfffft. Great price for an oil change no taxes on price. BUT.... I did not ask to have a complete FORD dealership inspection on my old truck that runs fine. Then, stop at my own mechanic who I've gone to years and years to check in my "real problem". Nada a problem. Pfffft. Just change the oil guys. I'd lose Carlos, too.

At first Iwas skeptical taken my car to a shop because most shops over price but after checking a couple places, i found this place. I highly recommend this shop, i had bad motor mounts and one of the Managers /Tech Danny really worked out a great price for me. My car was only in the shop for a day and now im happy my car and engine do not shake, besides being friendly they have good prices.

I needed an oil change same day. Took the car in and it was completed quickly. The shop was understaffed when I went in so I had to wait a few minutes to check in and to check out which I didnt mind as I was getting the same day service that I needed. I've paid a few dollars less for an oil change elsewhere but I needed something near my house and quick. Other places didn't have same day openings for an oil change so this worked for me.

Excellent, friendly and quick with their service. My friends and I were caught in a bit of a bind on our way to Vegas. The belly pan of the car was falling off, we drive up and one of the employees comes out to greet us right away, asked us what's wrong and gave us a quote and got to work right away. Really took our worries away. Great place!

Great experience at Palmdale Auto Services!! Danny was very helpful and fixed the noises my car was making at a great price! He knew exactly what the issue was and was so kind and quick to get everything fixed. I am so happy I decided to try out this new spot! It's a beautiful location as well!

Came here to do a smog check but my car wasn't ready to pass so they told me what I need it to do to make it ready and sure enough I was back and my car passed it ! Great costumer service Plus they were able to answer all of my question and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Highly recommend

What a great service shop! The owner is super knowledgeable and his shop is super clean! Shop is brand new and the waiting are and garage are all remodeled so it's a breathe of fresh air to bring my car somewhere modern and clean. Brought my car In for an oil change and some maintenance work, highly recommended!
