I have been dealing with Aaron’s rental for at least 15 years I started off using them in Bakersfield California then I started using them eight years ago in Palmdale California on my last trip there I was asked if I wanted their membership added it to my plan I specifically told them no I was fine so low and behold this morning I looked at my statement and they’ve taken out $9.99 for a membership fee that I did not ask for and is not required they are close right now but believe me I will be down there so watch your statements because they are doing some underhanded stuff and I will not be returning. P.S And I only use their 90 day policy because the prices are ridiculous without Doing so, they just lost a customer……signedRhonda Womack06/01/2022

On the first day of my kids summer an agent came to my home and threatened my son (13) and he gave them the laptop I'm paying for... while I was at work. A single mom. One payment behind. I'm never behind on my bills. My Black son is DEVASTATED! You KNOW they wouldn't have done this to a white kid. Eboni the manager said, "well he's not 6!" Over looking the FACT that my son is 13. A kid. You wouldn't have done this BS to hardworking white parents. But you saw my actual kid as an adult. THAT IS the problem. I WAS AT WORK when you did this to my kid!!! You people are monsters!

worst customer service ever freddy is extremely rude he hung up on me more than once! what a troll!! they call you 20+ a day just when you are behind one day late of a payment it's covid still give me a break. never again horrible horrible!!

Aaron's is a great place to buy electronics, appliances or furniture at a great price. 5+ stars! Ebony and Carlos are great professional employees. Their monthly payment program is great. They offer the 90 days (3 months) same as cash price offer for any item in the store. So far I've bought a brand new GE washer and dryer set, brand new X Box, and brand new bed set. I will continue to buy from them when I need them again. Thanks Aaron's!

IVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN EBONE' THE SALES MANAGER WAS SO PROFESSIONAL,INVITING AND KNOWLEDLE-ABLE. THIS STORE IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE HER. ALSO I WILL LIKE TO COMMAND ANGEL AND EDDIE THE DELIVERY DRIVERS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL , HELPFUL AND OVERALL AMAZING. AARONS GAVE ME SUCH A AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

if i could give no stars, that would be the case with this company. i am very disgusted that they felt the nerve to come knock on my door at 8 am on a saturday demanding my last payment (which i was set up for automatic payments for the last year without any issues). and then to top it off, they charged me an extra $10 for the so called "house call" and then called the cops on me because i told them to leave. i will never do business with this company ever again and recommend no one ever as well unless you want a major headache and want to throw all your money away!! way over priced and unacceptable customer service!!!!!!!!

The cistomer service was cool, just didnt know you need to do an application online now and enter all information before you go into the store.
