Could be better rating considering that will guy can be a little more courteous, if a customer is looking for something to drink dont just walk past them, bad mannered and that girl with the glasses and tattoos gotta chill if a customer give you a smile smile back at least smh management at its best

This 7/11 is terrible. My daughter went in today to get gas. She paid inside with her ATM card. She start pumping the gas and nothing came out. goes back in find out what happened. The male cashier put in the wrong pump number. She says OK put the right pump number so i can get my gas. he said he couldn't do that. if I wanted gas I would have to pay for it again. She said what you're telling me I paid for some else's gas and your mistake. The other females cashier says yeah it happens all the time. You can come back tomorrow and speak with the manager but it will be a waste of time because you won't get your money back. Wow so what your saying 7/11 is stealing from their customers and it happens way to often.. that's insane.. . You need return my money. This is not right.. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.. tomorrow . To everyone that does business here be aware of how they do business, by stealing from you . Their very own customers shame... never again will I get gas or anything else from this place . That's including everyone I know as well . I'm boycotting this place
