Run away from this service station. They had my work truck for 4 days parked outside of their garage, broke my electric window on the passenger side, had me buy a battery I didn't need, installed the wrong part and over 700 dollars later said my vehicle wouldn't stay on and window won't roll up. I talked to George the manager who denied any refund. Horrible experience - I said I would let AAA know about the situation- George says I don't care what you do - no refund!

This place is still a dump. Newly remodeled and bathrooms out of service often. Do not stop here if you need anything besides gas. Disappointing staff.

This is NOT a Shell gas station. I came home from getting gas to find an email alert saying my card had been charged by TRAMWAY FUEL and thought this was fraud at first until I researched further. A "real" shell gas station would NOT show up as TRAMWAY FUEL. The male cashier attendant inside appeared to be on drugs and barely made any eye contact. Sketchy in every sense. I would NOT go back and wouldn't recommend any friends or family either.

Came to get my oil changed and the man who helped me write up my service was very friendly and help full. Will come back again good service!!!

Warning these people are thieves overcharging for propane. I was looking at the meter and what was Debbie down into the multiple fuel tanks did not add up to what I was charged for and what was finally charged was two different things. The female attendant who seemed to be in her 20s to 30s wanted me to wait multiple hours because she did not want to fill the tanks. Rather than going to another facility as I had 20 people working I decided to have her fill these tanks. Anyhow when all is said she tried she tried charging me additionally and then tried to get me to step to the side so she could help the people that were waiting behind me obviously from the comments of other customers she had done this to other people before. I will never go back to the station and will drive further not to have to put up with this attitude from these people. I have informed my credit card company of this facilities actions

The kid working last night was shoplifting when he was working and looked like he was on some tipe of drugs. It took 15 minutes to get to the window so i could buy some gas as crack heads are looking at me like there going to rob me. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!

Uhh, is there a ZERO star rating?? This is a FYI to female customers needing automotive repair work....GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I used to like the mechanic, now I will never return! The owner I'm sure, was in on this and should be ashamed-tho' isn't I'm sure- My car ran fine before the oil chg... coincidentally (?). the car did not run quite right afterwards and in fact, didn't start the next morning! Long story short, this station did un-necessary work, resulting in a non-running vehicle, that needed the Dealer to ultimately fix. Btw, this cost me over $800 and no car for 3.5 days...%$%$$#@!!!

The customer service here is the worst I have witnessed in a long time. Both myself and a friend of mine have had extremely poor encounters with the 20 something hispanic female attendant with wavy hair. She is more concerned with socializing with male customers than doing her job and she is extremely rude.

I like this gas station because the regular price is way cheaper than the other shell gas station or wait is it really still a shell gas station because from what I read in the other comments it is now a tramway fuel so why not change the name ? To trick people that this is the same gas as the ones I usually get from the other shell gas station and then ended up that it is not, that is not right. Oh and by the way there's a lady there that works in the morning that are always so mean. She never change my $ 10 for quarters when the other cashiers are fine w/ it. Like help out a lil bit lady, I just need to do laundry & this is the nearest store near my place . Don't be so rude. Hope the management will do something about this.
