Ben and he's team did a great job with my vehicle, they even went the extra mile to fix a small mistake and made it perfect. They provided great customer service and kindness! I recommend you to be serviced with this shop and I know they won't fail you!

The service here was absolutely incredible. I got rear ended and they helped me through every step of the process (1st car accident.) They gave me an accurate time frame, answered any questions I had very kindly, and overall were some of the kindest people I've ever come across. 10/10 recommend

ATTN: WEST COAST AUTO COLLISION (PALM SPRINGS branch) Overall customer service grade....."F"Staff involved: Brian and Benjamin Reyes These 2 staff that I have been communicating with showed conduct and unawareness of their behavior observed during my involvement in this company. Insensitive, incompetent, unprofessional, unreliable, zero integrity and empathy towards my concerns. Why the promise of 6 to 7 times if you can't finish it on time. I'd rather be told the truth and I would have understood your incompetence. This is your business, and you should know your job, or come clean at all. Imagine: Since from the second week of September 2023 till 2nd week of January 2023. Approximately 18 weeks 4.5 months. REALLY??? Because I chose this repair shop:1. I missed family gathering such as Thanksgiving Christmas and New Years 2. I miss a lot of days of work, or months. which my job entails heavy driving to my clients. 3. and because of that, I have no income. No income, means No money coming in. 4. No money coming in, means missed payment of bills. 5. Thus, a declining credit score which it's hard for me to do in that situation for the very 1st time. 6. I have to play the role of the babysitter on this film called West Coast Auto Collision, dealing with incompetent staff. 7. No empathy for uninsured car rental policy consumers. 8. Staff's incompetence is annoying, unacceptable,repetitively, and insensitive to all of my calls. Overall customer service grade....."F"

One of the best - if not THE BEST - repair experiences I've ever had. Had to have a bumper replaced on an older but in very good condition 2006 Ford Focus Wagon. As the bumper was eventually found out to be un-attainable (Ford stopped making the parts), West Coast Auto Collision went out of their way to have my bumper completely remade and there was NO EXTRA CHARGE! Ben and the staff at West Coast Auto Collision were attentive, professional and kept me consistently updated on the progress of my repair. Not to mention, they have a relationship with a local car rental company and will secure a GREAT DEAL if you need a rental while they are doing the work. Last but not least, these folks are ARTISTS as far as I'm concerned. They turned a bummer of a bumper situation into a brand new looking work of art. Thanks To Ben and the whole courteous staff of West Coast Auto Collision. GO THERE!

Ben was sweet but they took way to long. The Ben was wrong about how long it would take. And I never received a rental car he knew he had my only vehicle.. the car still isn't fixed. the siding is missing he messed with my wiring it won't lock.. the security isn't working both doors hang wrong the lights are not working all I wanted was the dent to the door and the front fender fixed and the hinges replaced and the window to roll up and down again. I talked to Ben as soon as the parts come in.. they are waiting

brought my car by recomendation of my insurance company after having my car for six weeks for front end damage repair their were signs that the car was not the same after a while i started to notice things like the battery would drain rapidly there were clunking noises the hood didnt line up the lights would only work if they were set to bright the ac doesnt work as well and theres just some visible abnormalities i took it back and it was under new management they said they would fix it for me they had it less then two weeks provided a rental and were very nice the new manager very very nice got the car back and was pleased with what it looked like had been fixed after driving for a few days i found that the lights still didnt work right the sensors no longer worked the battery drained the ac didnt work the fan was banging against the radiator the car doesnt shift right the motor jerks when i start ot ultimately the ac shop after paying 1900 dollars that the body shop glued parts together which we had to replace and that there were far more issues with motor mounts and numerous other issues all directly caused form bad repair work by west coast collision so while they were nice enough my three year old car is now a total loss and they say i waited too long to inform them but i feel like i took it to you twice and you screwed me both times so sad
