Bad customer service by Kimberly. I went today 2/29/24 to deposit a $100 dollar bill that was missing a very small piece on the side, you were able to see about 99% of the bill and the serial numbers were intact. She said she was not able to accept it, and I had to mail it myself. I called customer service and they told me Kimberly had given me the wrong information, I went to a different branch and they gladly deposited it into my account. Do a better job Kimberly, you were not nice.

Low interest rates on CD' and savings, long wait time for a teller, surprise fees, and bureaucracy galore. What's not to like? They do have branches where I need, but I keep most of my money elsewhere. Staff has little authority and the customer isn't a high priority. Given my history with this bank, I don't recommend it. I have an online bank that beats the interest rates on savings more than 10x and my credit union prioritizes service. Wish they had more branches.

Here us how to redeem a CD with Wells Fargo. Call, but they will tell you to go to a branch with "bankers". Go to branch with bankers and teller says your CD has expired and is now in a new CD so it is too late to cash it out. You know that is wrong and have a letter to prove it. Ten minutes later the teller sends you to see a "banker". They can't talk to you because you don't have an appointment and they are too busy to help. Go home and make a call for an appointment to come back. Get agressive enough on the phone call and yes, they will redeem your CD over the phone provided you are still in the "grace period" but, it takes 2-5 days which, in many cases, falls after your grace period. Maybe the date of your closing out the CD will be sufficient but you take a chance I guess because I am in that "grace period"now and nobody can tell me if my request is being processed. I Just hope I see my cash sometime soon. DO NOT BUY CD at WFB (and to think I used to work for them at one time). They are untrained, under staffed and totally lacking in ability to help. Even the phone goes round and round - never a human voice to be found.

My experience is only based on the friendly welcoming demeanor of the employee Jaimie who was helpful in answering regarding acct of my mother Ann's things pertaining to a safety deposit box and some questions he was able to answer some questions and point me in the right direction to have other questions answered and help with He was a nice genuine and considerate man and was nice to see that these days Thank you To bad they don't open at 830am

Bad service the actual Manager don't even try to resolve the problem in the system. I when to adifferent location in Palms Springs and they help me with not problem.

Went to this bank to buy quarters and the manager said Canadians must have a bank account to buy 30 dollars in quarters here in California how unkany is this most of us spend thousands into this government revenue and this bank cant let tourists buy 30 dollars in quarters so we can do some laundry and give the quarters back to you i assure you i will let my calleges know how to never come back to Palm Springs ever should have went Florida for my vacation at least i would get treated better there .

I've always had great service but when I left at 10:33 a.m. on 6/9 the bankers and who I believe was the supervisor who looks like a kid straight from high school were helping out this poor lady that doesn't seem to speak a lot of English and she was talking to them to the best of her ability, they sounded ungenuine and could care less about taking their time to explain to her what was going on exactly to why they couldn't complete her transaction. They were more in a rush to attend other people because they are short on staff. So as I walked out to my car I heard the way the second banker on the right (facing the bankers) that she was getting upset and raised up her tone sounding super rude. I hope you guys learn to take your time to learn how to be more patient with people who are trying their best to speak English and really digest the question they are asking you.

Total fail of a mortgage lending department. Slow with poor communication. Lengthy application that took over 2 months and was still in the process. No wonder they were sued this past December. Will switch to a different bank very soon. Absolute waste of time.

This is sad no employees! There must be at least 12 people in line and only one teller. This is ridiculous and they plan on closing the location in Palm Springs that's on Palm Canyon. Shame on you Wells Fargo

How can this bank not be open on a Saturday? I didn't think traditional banking hours of M-F existed any more. Stopped in for quarters for laundry and was surprised that it was closed. Vehicles in parking lot so I assumed it was open.

Avoid this branch.They said that they were going to waive the check fee to issue new checks. They did not. The supervisor acted as if it was a huge favor that they would waive the fee.I now have to waste my time getting Wells Fargo to honor their word. The phone support person is not offering to honor the word of the branch. Instead is offering a partial refund. Wrong.It appears to a long time customer that Wells no longer respects their customers nor honors their word. Sad to see a reliable bank go down hill.Try calling this branch and have someone answer your call. It won’t happen. Try leaving a message. There is no ability to do so.

I tried calling them during hours and NEVER an answer. Horrible service. I'm going to try the E Mail now, but I don't expect much.UPDATE: I finally got a hold of them after an hour and a half of calling. I put an app on my phone called "Auto Redial" and continuiously called them. I guess that is what you need to do to get their attention. Not a great way to treat your customers Wells Fargo!!!
