To speak to a teller is like setting up a meeting to see the president of the United States! They are so slow line out the door and only two tellers working it's honestly a joke!

I've never been treated so poorly at a bank. Barbara (my teller) needs additional training in the bare minimum of what customer service should be. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a bank and I would highly recommend not going here.

Bank from hell. Always a long line, unpleasant staff (understandably overworked). Atm's often not working, forcing even more into the agonizing line. Avoid this place at all costs! WF chose to close one of just three branches in Palm Springs, this crowding is the obvious result. No concern whatsoever for the customer. But overwhelming concern for the shareholders.

The earliest appointment I could get to get anew bank card or talk to a banker was Oct 30th. It's Oct 12th , they don't want to see or talk to there customers. Every thing is on line! No customer Service. I have to go to a different branch to close the account.

Went in to get a cashiers check at around 1:00pm. There were only two tellers working, so it took a while. Staff was professional & courteous.

So I opened a Wells Fargo credit card and took advantage of the zero interest for 21 months promo rate . I still had 3 more months to go so I called and got a rep in Swaziland-or Mumbai or the Philippines take your choice . I guess and asked what the new rate would be after the promo expired. I was told 29 percent yikes . I have a credit score well above 800 and at least 7 figures in my bank account I asked them to close the account because if I wanted to be screwed I would go to a brothel. So imagine they escalated my issues without my consent to a client advocacy group who not only called me but sent an electronic email after I requested the account be closed that there was nothing they could do . I had told the customer rep clearly their risk score algorithm is broke. I checked my online account the next day the account was not closed . I even checked the phone tree it was still open with my 20000 dollar credit limit still available so I contacted the advocacy group again and demanded my account be closed. If I wanted to be r.p.d I would again walk in Lincoln park at 3 in the morning what a useless bank .btw payoff the balance In full. I have another card with a competitor bank with 9 percent rate I'll use that one .

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years and never have I seen a branch so disappointing. I walked in and noticed that there was not a single banker, mortgage officer, greeter, nobody in any of the many desks where they'd normally sit. There was one teller and a few other people behind the counter. I came in for a wire transfer and had to wait for the teller to check if anyone could help me (which took over 5 minutes). She then came from the back and told me that a banker wouldn't be available for another half hour. I ended up just doing it online because you can send wires up to a certain amount now. Just a joke and reminds me why I hardly ever go into a bank. Soon we won't need anyone at all. We can do it all online, which was pretty much the vibe I got from them.

I’ve been to this branch a few times in the past month and the only consistency is the poor customer service. Everyone claims to be new or short staffed and they have “a new system” that nobody in the bank, even the manager isn’t trained on for a simple transaction? I wasted 45 minutes today while the manager was trying to figure out how to withdraw money and what withdrawal ticket to use. The manager heard I was frustrated waiting so long and didn’t even bother to approach me or apologize, just sat on the phone. I get this is a bank and some of us need banks but I don’t have any other issues with Wells Fargo, just this branch. I hope executives read all of the negative reviews, it’s customers sharing what’s going on at that branch. The manager Stephanie needs to lead, take charge, understand operations and be a good example in offering customers good customer service. I left without any transaction being done after 45 min and plan to go to the Palm Canyon branch tomorrow for these simple transactions. The oddest part, I called my OC Wells Fargo branch and asked about the new system and they laughed and said the layers for approvals changed for some scenarios over four weeks ago but their systems haven’t changed and nothing that would cause all of this frustration today. The OC branch was so kind they offered to help me but I’m in PS and forced to use local branches. Please hire and train good people, your customers are counting on it! Thank you kindly.

They say having a line out the door is not the experience they wish for their customers. Not true, because they do nothing to improve the situation.

This is my local financial center and I've always found the staff exceptional at assisting with all types of matters. I make appointments for services, and they always are exceptional meeting my needs, including notarizing documents beyond those required by Wells Fargo. I see comments about lack of tellers, that is true of all banks throughout the pandemic, at least almost all of their locations have been open. Most recently I have been impressed with Alex, Senior Branch Premier Banker at this location. I have spent hours trying to accomplish similar things at other major banks. I retain the Wells account because of their Customer Service.

Unbelievably poor service. Bankers unwilling to help a long term Wells Fargo Customers and answer a few questions. The worst branch experience of any Wells Fargo Bank. The teller tried to assist but basically only could repeat what is showing on their website and was unable to offer advice. One of the "Bankers" was clearly visible sitting at his desk and for whatever reason was not willing or available to Customers who were not his "high net worth clients".Never experienced that attitude at any Wells Branch before. Guess Wells at Sunrise is doing so well they can turn business away.I had tried getting advice on the phone. Ended up with someone in a foreign call centre that I could barely understand. Her advice was to look at the website or walk into a local branch.Guess I will look at Capital One for better service.

Terrible place to bank. Two tellers only (if you are even that lucky - they claim it is due to COVID and to protect their employees, however there are always at least 4-5 people in the teller area - not so socially distanced for those employees). HAVE to make an appointment to even talk to a banker (only major bank in southern California) to have to do this. They screwed up a simple wire transfer on the close of escrow on our primary residence so now are homeless until they figure out what happened. Also, good luck reaching the branch directly as phone just rings and rings. If staffing is an issue, hire more people - no jobs even posted on their site. Long time customer and will be closing my multiple accounts there later in the week. HATE BANKING HERE AT THIS BRANCH!!!
