To speak to a teller is like setting up a meeting to see the president of the United States! They are so slow line out the door and only two tellers working it's honestly a joke!

I've never been treated so poorly at a bank. Barbara (my teller) needs additional training in the bare minimum of what customer service should be. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a bank and I would highly recommend not going here.

So I opened a Wells Fargo credit card and took advantage of the zero interest for 21 months promo rate . I still had 3 more months to go so I called and got a rep in Swaziland-or Mumbai or the Philippines take your choice . I guess and asked what the new rate would be after the promo expired. I was told 29 percent yikes . I have a credit score well above 800 and at least 7 figures in my bank account I asked them to close the account because if I wanted to be screwed I would go to a brothel. So imagine they escalated my issues without my consent to a client advocacy group who not only called me but sent an electronic email after I requested the account be closed that there was nothing they could do . I had told the customer rep clearly their risk score algorithm is broke. I checked my online account the next day the account was not closed . I even checked the phone tree it was still open with my 20000 dollar credit limit still available so I contacted the advocacy group again and demanded my account be closed. If I wanted to be r.p.d I would again walk in Lincoln park at 3 in the morning what a useless bank .btw payoff the balance In full. I have another card with a competitor bank with 9 percent rate I'll use that one .

Corrupt branch of a corrupt company. Their new online banking agreement leads with surrender your rights to sue, an agreement to what the parameters of any court case between you and Wells Fargo will be. And on the personal level one of the bankers here tried to give my Grandma's info

I have been banking with Wells for about 10 years and have always trusted them. Recently they mishandled a charge dispute on my credit card and while I was assured it would be paid it wasn't 2 months later. I escalated to the corporate office and was told 100% the call was reviewed and the rep agreed with me, BUT there wasn't anything that could be done. I'm very disappointed and am looking at other financial institutions to manage my money at this point. With all the fraud they have perpetrated on the client base I shouldn't be surprised. They've completely broken my trust and call after call continue to disappoint me when they were clearly at fault. I am very sad to share that I will never recommend this bank.

I was disappointed with the staff's knowledge about my options concerning managing another person's account via power of attorney. Two staff members who helped me did not keep me updated. I had to keep coming back and calling them to ask them the status of them approving of my POA. It took over a month and a half. And then I finally asked somebody from another Wells Fargo to help me.

If you're a Wells Fargo customer I can assure you that you are being taken advantage of in some capacity. You have to watch everything they do, and read anything that has to be signed. They will nickel and dime you to death on any and every transaction. I have lost all trust with this institution and am moving to a small local bank or credit union. This bank will charge you to count the money in your cash deposits and the list of deceit goes on.

Made an appointment online to open some accounts and get some help with debt consolidation. 1 Day after making the appointment online Peter called me to confirm the appointment. On Friday May 26th my Fiance and I arrived and were greeted by a female banker (did not get her name) and was told Peter was finishing with someone and would be right with us. about 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment we met with Peter to go over all our options. In the end we spent about 1.5 hours with Peter and opened some new accounts that will hopefully in the future assist us with some debt consolidation. About 2 business days later I received a phone call from Peter asking if everything was okay with the accounts and if we had gotten our new debit cards yet. I will happily go back to this Wells Fargo branch and work with Peter in the future as long as I am still living out in the desert.

You can't make change? So Wells Fargo is no longer a bank, but as explained, a "member only finance company". What a load of bs. The last time I come here.
