easily the WORST wells fargo i have been to. Their only answer to everything is “unfortunately we can’t do that” when asking something so simple. went in to get checks, the line was so long and of course they only had 1 teller open. Went in and explained i needed to get checks, then started talking about how they are unable to do so because of a cash advance, something i never asked them to do. The people in front of me asked to deposit their check and to get cash out which they replied with, “unfortunately we can’t do that”. There is absolutely no urge to help people and look more into something. The only response is that they can’t do what you’re asking them to do. Went down the street to the Wells Fargo downtown, had what i need done in less that 5 minutes. Extremely rude & they genuinely do not care. go to any other bank.

Quality of service in rapid decline. This bank takes extra days and weeks for things that happen on a computer at the press of a button.

I live about 50 minutes away, but work out this way. If I remember to come early enough, I occasionally come here since the Wells Fargo by my house is always a mess. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes here, and the people are always super nice. I've had Patricia Bravo as my teller from time to time and was surprised that she remembers me as if I am a regular. She is always so kind and helpful!

This Bank is horrible. They can’t take change. I had 3 dollars and .86 cents and they tell me it needs to be rolled. How do you do that? So if you can’t take my change than I for sure will switch banks. Your loss Wells Fargo .
