Someone could open the liquor door more faster or just don't put locks on it if people have to wait 40 mins for them to open it. Then we won't be late for our event.

Terrible customer service on September 9th, 2024. I picked up approximately $170.00 worth of groceries, and the young man who brought them out to my car didn't have enough bags for many of the heavier items. I asked him if he could get more bags, and he said, "No!' 'You can go inside and get some." I must've misunderstood him, so I asked him again, and he gave me the same answer. So, to be sure, I asked one last time if he could get me more bags, and he said, "No." I was entirely shocked by this employee named Chris, who said this to me. I called Walmart when I got home and spoke to the Manager of the Pick Up area, Catherine. She apologized but was too preoccupied with her employees to give me her attention. I called Walmart the following day to speak to Amanda Poll, the top manager at Palm Springs Walmart. The receptionist needed to be more cooperative and understanding of the terrible service that I received. She put me on hold so I could speak to Amanda Poll, but nobody came on the line, and eventually, the line went dead. This horrible customer service was done to a senior citizen. Walmart doesn't really care about anything but its bottom line. It's time to switch to Target or Stater Bros. Besides, I don't think Walmart is a value anymore.

Went to order cake, an employee who was near by informed me the employee who was was in the bakery department was on his lunch break and should be back within 5 min. I waited for the employee for 15 minutes, no one arrived, and I left. Customer service needs to improve and have someone cover when someone is on their lunch break, and will get my business elsewhere.

Went into the store to buy oat milk. I am a person that can have no sugar and there is no oat milk on the shelf without added sugars. I spent all of $54 so you can imagine it does fit in one bag I asked for help, as I am a disabled person 100%. When I was told I had to bag the purchases I was upset. Then I was accosted at the door by the security/greeter/inappropriate man that looks people up and down nothing about my visit was nice. Choices so poor either you had to buy cheap bananas that were all yellow or buy organic bananas that were less yellow more on the green side, so there was no in between there either. In fact, I looked up and noticed zero none baggers only people watching standing at the self-service registers, making sure no thefts are made. Iis Walmart deciding that only one entry and exit will be made available. you don't have to try to manipulate to get me out. I'm gone, I was gone along time ago. I quit going to Walmart and now when I go in, I see why it's frustrating and disgusting. You offer price point to poor people, but people with disabilities on fixed income cannot access your store because only people are there to make sure product is not stolen not to help a consumer. That's over at Walmart. I did not say I was disabled until I was told the woman at the cash register has arthritis and could not bag and she could not tell me in English either then I said she has the opportunity and luxury to work. I do not work! your reception is lacking. It was disgusting to be looked at up and down by your greeter. He had sunglasses on trying to be cool as a Walmart greeter no. I forgot to remember, I would have to get past his attitude on my way out the door, no more of that no more of that if you're woman with any kind of choice around ethical behavior, please choose not to go into Walmart. To be stared at by some freak that wears sunglasses to greet obviously stupid. Walmart a dangerous place.

Went to buy a charger for my laptop on 7/25 and the cashier was just on their phone while ringing me up. I'm not surprised and he obviously had check his latest ig feed.

this company is extremely prejuice and will find loop holes to blame you if you support lgbtq community and or asian communities they will accuse you of being the problem and the only reason this defers from the town i livve in my mom lives at beaumont area. Is they will cahrge for 5 dollar animations at one location and full price for pride stuff on clearance. some of the managers are more professional in palmspring and while the beaumont managers which they double dip in departments and help out other stores. Will bring thier extra baggage drama with them and have no justifiable or lagitamate reason for besides trying to cover up thier nonsense by harassing both my mother and i in our homes. To push thier shame tactics for those are there shopping while tehr eis so much more they can be wasting thier time instead of saying homophobic slurs and then denying them affirmative action mandatory anti discriminatory training as per requirement of the ocmpany and then refuse to do athing about it. When they are its alll a cover up for them to pretend like theyd od something they have denied me service for my dsiability and this company is notorious for it.

In the past I haven't always had a good experience at Walmart.customer service is not always good. The reason I gave it a 5 star review is because of these three people. Deja early morning looked up items for me and walked me over to find what I was looking for. And thanked me for coming there. She is friendly and helpful. Patti the cashier was very nice and helpful and helped me put the groceries in my cart. She asked me if I needed help out. And thanked me for coming. Aria is by the door checking receipt's and greeting the customer's she helped me with an item that I didn't have when I got to the car. She said just go to customer service and check with them. My item was turned in. Aria was happy that I got it back. She really cares about the customers. So these three people are the reason I will come back to the store.

This review is for Manager This store has improved 1000 percent have no idea why. There just so many worker doing a great job real team work. The store is looking wonderful. Everything is so so organized. The man that stock the dairy is extra helpful His name is Aaron. Im old and lactose intolerant. Your out of stock sometimes and he look it up on his phone and told me when it would be in. Thats great service. One last thing the store is so clean I see people swiping all the time. You bathrooms are very clean. What ever your doing keep it up. Many Thanks to all store employee. Mike Deveau 760-219-2310

Specifically for the Walmart Pickup. My kids and I sat in the car for almost an hour because, for some reason the parking lot number did not go through-and therefore had to ask individual cars if it was by their order.. And so people start coming and going and I'm in my car waiting. 20 minutes past and I ask an attendant...and,the shadiness of some people out there..took my order. And they didn't realize it until I showed them my order on my phone. And they told me they would quickly replace my items. It took another 10-15 minutes-by now we've been at the spot for almost an hour. Then as the attendant comes to bring my items -he goes to the wrong spot and I had to quickly intervene that is my order -before it goes into the wrong hands again. My emotions get the better of me and I am in tears from all frustration of waiting with my daughter inside while my car is running. Calling customer service was just not in my frame of mind -because they can't take back that hour and the shady people out there. Maybe I won't get anything out of this review-maybe I will. But, venting it out there and sharing my experience today is good enough.

This review is for the Auto Center, if I could give it 0 stars I would. By far the worst service I've gotten anywhere. My husband purchased a car battery 7 months ago and it was already going bad. We went to the Auto center to get it replaced, during our first visit we were ignored by 3 sales associates, frustrated we left and came back later, we then got checked in relatively quick and was told they needed to check the battery to make sure it was defective (it's a less than 5 minute check to determine if the battery is bad). 3 hours later!! they finally checked the battery and determined it was bad. Unacceptable wait time for their defective product! Then to top it off they were out of the original battery we purchased and was were forced to up grade to a more expensive battery if we wanted it replaced today. 3 and a half hours later we were finally out of there. We will never be back again! Unless we get another defective battery

Heads-Up: Pay More at the Store with Two Tier Product Pricing! I go to Walmart online to make sure the products are in stock before making a trip. I get to the store and two of the four products I was purchasing were priced over what I was expecting. One was $10 over while another was $2 more. I went to Customer Service and they adjusted the price down to what I was expecting to pay. That is fine and dandy but those who don't do a price check before their shopping adventure will be paying even more to the Walton Family. Am I the only one who feels this pricing difference is somewhat deceptive?
