The pharmacy workers are idiots and not helpful at all! ! I need to get a prescription filled and have to go somewhere else. I'm visiting the area. Thanks a lot for nothing!

The security guard was walking around clicking his stun baton on and off clearly trying to intimidate. Nothing was happening, he was just walking around. Really weird and COMPLETELY UNSAFE!I WILL NOT GO AGAIN!!

Doesn't take Kaiser (although other locations do). No spray and wash. No wonder they're failing.

This location has good hours and a convenient location, plus plenty of parking. It is usually uncrowded, with 2 for one deals well marked . They have the makeup, lotions, and vitamins I am looking for in stock. The line to check out usually moves along, and this location has photo services.

I just want to say since I moved here to Palm Springs this is my favorite Walgreens( very helpful people and good humanity ) I just want to say thank you to AMNSLEY and BRENDAN for help me to get the best choice for my covid booster and my flu shot ! Also DARLA is super sweet !! Thank you guys

The pharmacy here has stopped accepting Kaiser for Covid boosters. Extremely inconvenient.

I just do not understand how Walgreens stays in business. Their prices are out of this world. This local Walgreens gives out completely useless coupons. Just tried to use a $5 off coupon on a $10 purchase that I had. I was informed that NO the $5 does not come off the total but is put into my account for future use. This would be the 3rd. trip to use this coupon. Too many games, too high in prices, just not worth the trip anymore.

Picked up prescriptions, thinking all 3 were there. Got to my truck to find out they didn’t have the third on file. Called and spoke to the pharmacist, and was told “we close at 6, why didn’t you say something about it when you were here?”, very rudely. . Told her it was faxed yesterday on 7/7 from my provider. Told me, “oh, we deleted it”, it was a duplicate”. The pharmacy tech I could hear in the background saying, “he was just here. There was only two”. Pharmacist says there was a third sent over, but we thought it was a mistake, so we deleted it”. Asked if they just haphazardly delete things without checking. Told her I already sent my provider a message. Don’t be rude to people when they have a concern!!

I have been filling my many prescriptions at the same Walgreens since they opened 7 or 8 years ago...possibly more? Although I have had some problems who hasn't? They used to have a Pharmacist named Ryan and I would get a call from him or other person at the store about my prescription information that showed they really cared about me. Now they are very very busy especially since COVID & other crazy sicknesses. I need to be more patient and let some things just go, no one is perfect especially ME!!!!

Stopped in to this local Palm Springs Walgreens recently for some miscellaneous things and ran into my friend Jim who works here who I haven't seen in almost ten years!! It really made my day and my experience that much better. The super clerk on the floor was stocking away and helped me at the drop of a hat when I asked her a question. And the service at checkout came with nothing but smiles and promptness. It's a very bright and welcome location. I can't truly speak to the pharmacy personally, but my friend Art who I came in with used to get prescriptions here filled. He has come in for boosters and shots and it's been a smooth process though a wait for sure - even with an appointment. Due to a lack of staff in the pharmacy department it seems they get overwhelmed very often and unfortunately miss the mark, but they do try to keep up! As the brother of a pharmacy assistant + someone who gets prescriptions filled monthly I know it takes a lot even with a bigger staff to back you, but this Walgreen's does it ragtag style filling those orders. There wasn't much of a line when I walked by, but it did start to slowly build... Hopefully they can improve with time in pharmacy. Easy parking like you'd expect at any location as far as getting in and out of Walgreens itself, and being on the corner of 111 aka Palm Canyon Drive and Farrell Drive definitely helps (not a crazy traffic area most of the time).
