I've received 4 vaccinations here in the past 2 months. All went smoothly and professionally. It is slightly inconvenient that the online consent forms did not seem to show up ahead of my visit, but I was happy to fill out the paper form. My doctor's office received prompt notices of the immunizations.

The staff is very helpful but their operating hours are so erratic and not accurate online or the phone.
