I rate the Walgreens pharmacy at the DAP with 5 stars. I have been receiving their expert care and medications for over 9 years. They are amazing and I am never disappointed. Thank you so much. Best of health and happiness to you all from Sterling.

Highly inefficient pharmacy. Dropped off Rx a week ago, called them, they couldn't find it at first, then pharmacist admitted they hadn't called doctor as indicated last week. Doc contacted me. He called Walgreen's this a.m. No word from pharmacy yet. Pharmacy denies record of earlier doctor callback. Pickup completed seven days after dropoff. WILL UPDATE upon next encounter.

This Walgreens location on 1695 N Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California HAS a pharmacy but its very specific and its tailored for people who are unfortunately dealing with and living with HIV. When doctors fill prescriptions in this area, especially in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and Palm Desert.. they have a tendency to get confused and will typically send their prescription to the Walgreens that is listed at the top of google's list.. which is this one.. at 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs. That's okay, if you have a specific condition which is being treated at the Desert AIDS Project... but why don't you take a minute to examine the address that you are giving your doctor and make sure its the other Walgreens, which is right across the street from this one? The other Walgreens that is located on Vista Chino which is right across the street from this one. If you don't get your script filled by the Walgreens located at Vista Chino, you will be in for a surprise... have your mask ready and be ready for a temperature scan or show your vaccination card. Reaady ??

Worst experience with nasty overweight Caucasian male pharmacist. He rudely told me my Rx wouldn't be completed for 24 hours because he's "busy."

We have gone to this Walgreens twice in the last couple of weeks to get our second COVID booster. Both times we were fortunate enough to get Tim who helped us. We couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. Tim was kind, courteous, helpful and friendly. He handled our situation in a friendly yet professional manner.

I speak to a pharmacist who is passive aggressive, plainly rude. I'm told they will be taking their lunch at 12:30. And I say I'm on my way. It's 11:55. And it's closed. Games. Children with degrees. And we wonder why people go crazy.

Called this location to get a status on my prescription 8 times. After waiting through the line of waiting callers each time my call went to their voice mail only to be told they do not take messages. Their recording says they are open till 7 PM but when a friend went to check on picking up my prescription at 5:30 PM they were closed.

It truly does sadden me to write this review. Up until two months ago this pharmacy was a joy to patronize. Not any longer I'm afraid! They have suddenly become incredibly understaffed and everyone's favorite, Miss Peggy is nowhere to be found any longer. Drive thru remains closed always. Most insulting, they close on average three day weekly claiming they're unable to find a pharmacist. What a lot of malarkey blaming any of this terrible service on COVID! Do they really believe that their customers will continue to endure lines that exceed THIRTY minutes of waiting time no matter when you happen to show up?! To add insult to injury, the website claims they're closed for a daily lunch break from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. Not at all true. They close whenever they even bother to the open from 1:30 until 2:30 PM! They've taken this location and successfully turned it into a total nightmare! Great job folks! Great job! URGENT UPDATE: THIS REVIEW IS MEANT FOR THEIR BRANCH DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AT THE CORNER OF SUNRISE AND VISTA CHINO, THE ONE WITH THE CURRENTLY ALWAYS SHUTTERED DRIVE THRU! APOLOGIES FOR THE CONFUSION!!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve experienced. And it’s not just one poor experience. It’s the closest to my house, so I use it for convenience. But it’s worth driving somewhere else to fill scripts. One of the technicians is always really manic and stressed out. She constantly dedicates inordinate amounts of time to menial tasks as the line builds. Don’t be surprised to stand in line for (no joke) 30+ minutes. Maybe one person served per 6-12 minutes. But the worst thing about this place is that that same tech practically shouts everything she is thinking (Hence the knowledge of the tasks being preformed). Is this annoying? Yes. But more to the point is that she shouts exactly what your scripts are. Do not go here unless you want everyone in that very long line hearing your medical history and her opinion on what pharmaceuticals you’ll be taking away. The one aspect of this place that works is the drive through. The person working that window is fast, quiet, and polite.
