Stopped here to get gas today, and Jorge seems to be a real rude jerk. This is America anyone that is nice to you while you’re on the job no matter what your personal problems is. Vons, it’s a business when you’re at work keep your politics to yourself jerk!!!!!!!

I used a rarely used credit card to pump gas and within 2 hours $900+ worth of fraudulent charges were made (to an online tire company). Not the first time it’s happened after pumping gas at DIFFERENT name gas stations not just to me but to friends. It’s very easy to put fake credit card consoles over genuine ones at unmanned outside gas pumps. I tried to call Vons gas to alert them, but there was no answer.

I was having trouble at the pump and I went inside to go get some help there was two young men behind the counter one I didn't get his name the other was named Roger. The younger gentleman had no problem coming out to assist me but when I said some thing in the store Rogers responded rule. "you have to put the nozzle in." Which wasn't the problem it was the pump. Which also took my .20 gas reward.. Thankfully the other young boy went out to go and help me which I'm greatly appreciated for, but once the young man return inside I seen both Roger and him laughing at me as I pumped the rest of my gas. I just found it completely rude and which other people they laugh at that need help.

AVOID. New pump software does not recognize all debit cards and will automatically process the transaction as credit ... adding 10 cents per gallon. This was witnessed by an attendant using multiple major cards. He just shrugged his shoulders. Store management seemed unconcerned and told me I was wrong. Really? Then what are all those credit authorizations doing on my cards? After 8 years as a loyal customer, I must now go elsewhere to be accurately charged.

I went here yesterday and they are replacing the pumps and the fuel station is closed. I am trying to find out when as I made a trip for nothing, and there's no post, but Von's store might know, but then I called Von's store about the fuel station a year back and they were clueless at Von's customer service. I have no idea who runs this Vons, but they don't do a very good job.
