Firstly, I am a real review. I had my vehicle repaired here.I highly recommend Victors for a few reasons, but mostly for their honesty.I had some major repairs done to my vehicle relating to the cooling system and head gasket. Other shops never took the time to accurately diagnose my problem. Brenda and Victor explained things simply and accurately with no surprises. I have an older vehicle but chose to invest in some major repairs after speaking with Victor.Vehicle was returned clean, including the engine bay,If you want the straight facts about your vehicle, and quality repairs, I definitely recommend Victors.Fred Edwards

Just a quick shout out! So glad I found the shop, Victor and Brenda are a pleasure to work with. They do great work they're honest I feel safe with them taking care of my two vehicles. They are the only shop that I will be going to from now on.

I have a 2006 Lexus that has become a bit of a beater. I brought it to Victors on recommendation and I was so pleasantly surprised. They got that I wanted to do the minimum to keep it safe and running and did not up charge, suggest, or do anything that was not needed. I brought it back a few weeks later as they had changed the struts and the car was making a noice i had not heard before. This often happens when something is touched in this 18 year old car but, it was annoying so i thought i would see if they could fix it. They were gracious, went on a test drive with me, listened and were thoughtful. They tightened a few things - only charging me for the test drive. They addressed it so nicely and without contempt or annoyance. They got me for life.

Referred to Victor's by a friend and it is the only mechanic I use. I have classic cars and they have lots of experience with them. Very honest with fair pricing and good communication. Highly recommended for all cars.

Victor and Brenda are the Best!! Its a busy shop so appointments are recommended but they do accommodate walk ins depending on circumstance. I take all my Vehicles to Victors , Not only are you getting quality work but Victors prices are very reasonable. Victor is Highly experienced and he takes pride in his work. Victor's Auto is the absolute best. My family and I have have gone to them for years. Anything from minor repairs to an engine replaced. They are the most honest business out there and super friendly. We won't go anywhere else.

Victor’s Automotive is amazing! Brenda was wonderful to work with and they fixed my AC compressor perfectly. Plus, their price points are super competitive and, I think, the best in town. Great place with wonderful staff and very fair prices. They did a great job installing my running boards on my truck and were accommodating with my schedule. I full time RV and don't live in the area, so the only bummer was there's not a waiting room and even with Covid not a dedicated place to hang out outside and work from a laptop or read while they worked on my truck. So $60 later roundtrip in Uber charges I dropped off the truck and pick it up when ready. Most folks will likely be locals and this won't be an issue, but something to consider if you don't have someone who can drop you off/pick you up. I would recommend Victor's, they do good work at a good price and are very nice people. If I needed another service I would take my truck there again.Service: Body & Trim
