Verizon customer service is always good. "Joseph " ? was knowledgeable navigating through my problem phone and in getting help replacing, , upgrading getting stuff transferred over and connected to the new phone & tablet| . I came in one morning after breaking my iPhone and was helped out by Liz ! She was super sweet and very helpful with helping me choose a phone as well as seeing if there were any other upgrades I could make to my account while I was in the store . She was very helpful with setting up my phone and also brought me some really cute options for cases and accessories . I walked out with a brand new phone fully setup and already in the custom accessories I liked . It was a very smooth and easy process thanks to Liz and I have been loving my new phone since

I had an emergency, and upgrading my phone was the best choice.
This store stays open late, so things worked out.
Please, always check your plan as you do your paperwork. It's not the first time I had the displeasure of having to do business here. They add to your plan without asking. When I cought them our attendant took it off only to replace the $10 plan. Awful attitude and the owner is con man.

Horrible experience that’s still causing issues almost two months later. The manager is like a used car salesman. I sat down with the manager a while back to get a new phone. He’s going on and on that I can’t get the new phone without “a bundle”. Not true, but I didn’t know that at the time. While he grabbed the bundle items (phone case, charging black and screen protector) I figured it was a flat rate. I was wrong and the manager conveniently picked out the most expensive items for the bundle. The phone case was $50. The charging walk was $30 and the screen protector was $70. That is an additional $150 on top of a $150 upgrading fee. When it came time to check out and he told me the final price I almost started crying, but it was too late for me to back out because he had put all of the bundle accessories on the phone already (very clever).
DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I learned AFTER my interaction that if you order your phone, wait a day or two for it to come in, you can avoid the extra $150 charge.
Fast forward, two months (the first month has a one time upgrading fee) I find out that this guy upgraded my plan as well. Now my phone bill is outrageously high. At this point, I’ve paid an extra $500 on what was supposed to be a $150 upgrade.
I realize they probably make commission off of this, but this was operating in bad faith. They did not disclose cost until it was too late, they did NOT disclose all of my options (only giving me the options that benefited them) and then, unknown to me, altered my plan. Not happy at all and I just want to save someone else the headache.

I've trained sales for over 50 years and Kevin is one of the best I've met. Congratulations on having such a professional and courteous representative of your organization, it was truly a pleasure having him take care of our phone needs. We went to replace my phone and both of us got new phone's. We are extremely happy with Verizon for 25 years.
