I think $15 for a reg size can of butane is high. When I realized how much it was (because I bought a few more items) I asked to return it . the guy just looked at me with a blank look on his face like he couldn't comprehend what I just said. Now I felt dumb for asking and just left.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Golden Smoke Shop located at 2755 N Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. This smoke shop deserves a well-deserved 5-star rating for various reasons.Firstly, the location of the shop is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the turn off to or from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. It made it incredibly easy for me to swing by and explore their offerings without having to deviate from my planned route. The accessibility factor is definitely a huge plus for anyone visiting or passing through the area.What truly set Golden Smoke Shop apart was the exceptional customer service I received. The gentleman working at the shop was not only friendly but also demonstrated a commendable level of knowledge and expertise. I had a few questions regarding portable vape chargers, and he was more than willing and able to provide articulate and concise answers. His ability to explain the features and benefits of each charger was impressive, and it made my decision-making process much easier.Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing a portable vape charger that not only fit my needs but also happened to be more affordable compared to another option. It's rare to find someone who can genuinely offer valuable insights while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the shop was great, reminiscent of something out of a Quentin Tarantino film. Seen a lot of comments about decent prices. That was not my experience. Over changed me to the max. Something that wouldn't have been more than 8bucks elsewhere was 20$ here. Will not be going back.

I tried out a vape chord immediately after buying it that didn't work and they refused to refund. "We don't do refunds." They talk to you like you are a 3 year old. Mansplaining to the max.!!!! When I tried to take back the defective chord, he also said "we spent 3 hours with you" although it was 1/2 hour. I replied "I just spent $147.00. Never going back.

Anthony made my damn day with a great deal on some needed smoke hardware and accessories. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient with a novice like myself. The store has a great selection, good prices and is conveniently located in Palm Springs. Definitely my new go to Smoke Shop in the Coachella valley.
