Worst bank ever do not put your money in this bank or any us bank they are horrible they are broke and will keep your checks with holds for 9 days even if you have the funds fraud big checks cuz they don't want you to use your own money please don't bank there

Predatory business practices have lost thousands of dollars over credit card reader scam they promoted and refuse to refund it. If I had the ability to sue them I would.

US Bank is probably not the best financial institution to choose. It has came to our attention that it is run by incompetent moron who claim they have information on an outside account from another person. When you call for customer service to investigate, you get it's all out fault and they are the hero's. I suggest going across the street to Mechanics bank (500 Indian Canyon) and meet the wonderful branch manager and her co-workers. You will be treated with respect and open arms. We are closing the US bank account based on their failure to provide a positive banking experience.

Never enough staff to handle the customer flow. Long waits to open accounts or get items notarized. Looking for another bank.In response, I was there to open an account. Other banks offer the option online. Not US Bank. I've been a customer since 1993. Private Client since 2014.

After going to (2) other banks with no luck, I stopped at this U.S. Bank. I simply wanted to open a checking account which both other banks said they didn't have a person available for several days to help me with. At the U.S. Bank branch I walked in and was able to immediately speak with an employee who set up my new account in a breeze. Priscilla was very nice and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Branch Manager Daniel needs to go to customer care school. Never introduced himself, did not recognize us after meeting my husband and me prior to that for a lengthy bank procedure and denied we had anappointment when in fact we did. For him I give minus stars. For Priscilla who helped us several times I give 5stars. We have substantial deposits with that bank.

Showed up to ask if a cashiers check I received from a USBank customer is fraudulent. It's for 30k which is meaningful amounts of money to me and to the account holder. It is for vehicle sale and time sensitive for both parties. Alex (maybe a personal banker and maybe a manager) was sitting comfortably at his corner cubicle with another person that worked there when I asked where to sign up to get help. (Note it was 4:10 and bank closes at 5 bells.) He said no one would be able to help right now. While my brain was trying to compute WTF on a few different levels) he was kind enough to suggest that I could wait in line (which was prob 7 people deep for 2 tellers) to schedule a time for (wait for it) tomorrow. He and his colleague and the 3rd personal banker would ALL be unable to help me today. I made it clear that this was important and he couldn't have cared less. Maybe I'm unreasonable or maybe he's having a bad day. Either way he was ZERO help and I'm pretty sure that's not listed as any of the objectives in his job description. I don't bank at USBank and whether this is fair to big Al or not, after this - I don't ever intend to.

Every since I opened my account 5 years ago.i have always had great customer service. Everyone knows me by name and always says hello when I walk in.asking about my day,smiles from everyone even if they are on the phone or with other customers. They still manage to smile and acknowledge you as you walk in.Thank you palm springs US bank branch.

Called to try to set up a simple autopay on a safety deposit box, and was told we had to come into the bank. We drove three hours to Palm Springs from Huntington Beach to do that only to find that they were too busy and there wasn’t a banker available to help. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a bank. Can’t wait to close accounts and move elsewhere, on it!
