So it's the weekend after Black Friday. I wanted a few things. It was pretty dead actually as I got there early. But lo and behold It was a frikkin zoo at the front. They had closed and blocked off the self checkout. Long lines and not enough checkers....Wtf...

When you order from this store, you never know when or if it the item will be delivered. I ordered a picnic table. It send expected deliver the 25th of Nov. Here it is the 27th. Went to Lowes and bought a table for the 26th for a cookout. Lowes delivered it the same day as ordered. Not the fist time Homedepot let me down.

Andy and Zach in the tool rental department are hands down the best! I made a mistake...while several and they were both patient and kind while assisting me. I could not express how grateful I am for these two individuals! Quality customer service!

If i could 0 i would curbside pick up SUCKS i put i was here 20 min pass by ok what ever they are busy 30 then 40!!! They claimed they didn't get told we were there but i tried calling SEVERAL times

Have they closed yet? This location has been circling the drain for years but has taken a noticeable hard drop in the last twelve months. There are less than a half dozen people who seem to do any actual work amidst all the employees milling around. From empty shelves and no trash cans anymore to all the registers being shut including self check. I've had to walk out countless times without what I was going to purchase because of open employee incompetence and apathy. I hope whatever store that goes in when this location gets shuttered is better because upper management seems to be aware but not care about this stores myriad problems either. Disappointing as they should have the resources but corporate greed and incompetence leave a big empty store no one wants to go to.

My son and I were in a jam on Sunday afternoon. However, I found the help of Jordan, Rosie, and Frank. All three went out of their way to make sure I had the metal snips and Dremel I needed to solve my situation. usually I get subpar help, But these three provide superior service. I don't know where they've been, but someone needs to recognize them.

AMAZING customer service I love the return people they do amazing everytime! last time an amazing woman helped out my daughter with her grass rug and this time she bought fly traps and the cashier was so thoughtful and amazing! She sent me this photo i'm pretty sure his name is Salvador. He deserves a raise or another vacantion day!

It's nearly impossible to get help in here - like unlocking items to buy them. Most of the floor employees are surly, and heaven forbid asking a question Had to get something a while ago from the lockers in the front by the registers - the person handing that was clearly annoyed to be asked. The best experience I've had here is ordering online and picking up later while avoiding contact.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the night time manager Steven. 20 years construction management and can't believe such a condescending person works management anywhere. He would not honor my returns that I have the receipts for. I had done the same returns a few days prior. He statedwould need my bank statements and was just a rude person. constantly talking over me and mumbling walking away.. I felt like this was some hidden camera show.Steven was just a cornucopia of stuttering excuses why he could not handle the returns.First was the amount of receipts Then it was the computer could only hanf one at a time. Then the computer would crash and blah blah. Then somehow after all.of these excuses and all this time. Then some how it would accept my ID. being in construction for so many years I have done so many returns under my name and different company names never once had a problem until Steven and his attitude.

Not sure what the problems are with keeping product in stock in this Home Depot, when other Home Depot's in the area do not have these problems. The contractors parking area has been appropriated by those too lazy to get a regular parking spot with a regular car, jacking it all up for those with large vehicles & orders to pick up.

This one star review is related to the contracted appliance installation company that Home Depot uses in the Coachella Valley called TEMCO LOGISTICS. I recently ordered a dishwasher to have delivered, installed, and the old one hauled away. They found every invalid reason under the sun to not do the job they were contacted to do by Home Depot. TEMCO LOGISTIC would not haul my old dishwasher away and they were asked to leave 1/2 way through the install of the new dishwasher because I was threatened with violence and called slurs by the 2 people that this company dispatched to my home in South Palm Springs, CA all because they did not want to properly do the job for which they were hired. This left me with an old broken dishwasher and a new one that was not installed making my kitchen sink unusable until I had someone else come and install it for me. You would think that with as bad of rating as TEMCO LOGISTIC has that Home Depot would try to find a better contract company for appliance installs. I would suggest that you as a consumer find out who will be doing the install before you purchase delivery with install from any Home Depot in the Coachella Valley. If its TEMCO LOGISTIC... I would and will be from now on be hiring someone else to do the install.

Compared to the home depots in the inland empire and Los Angeles the store is a gem. The employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find somebody to help you but when they do they help you carefully. The tools in the tool department are pretty jacked up at old but I imagine they do get a lot of use. I wish they were cleaner---they're usually dirty. They need to start charging people a cleaning charge. The layout of the store is different than most home depots and the aisles are clogged. But it must be well managed because people are very nice to the customers.

Poor customer service at Garden Center checkout. Closed garden center at 4:15 pm. Next in line to checkout and cashier told me and the guy behind me to go inside. She was closing up. It wasn’t busy so don’t know why she couldn’t help us.
