Absolute scum, service and representatives cannot do their jobs to save their lives. Beyond unacceptable waited over 34 hours for towing to only have the representative continue Lee cancel my service appointment. Me and my girlfriend have had AAA for over 15 years and her very good members. This place needs to be removed from AAA’s list. Do not do business with these people.

Recently I had a stressful day..after dropping my husband off at the local hospital for a procedure, I decided to stop at a market to shop while waiting..Upon returning to my car, I could not open the door- my husband had driven us to hospital & he had the keys! Having no one to call (GF & her daughter have co-vid) call for help, my only option was to call AAA..They sent Tony's Auto Center out to tow my car (I figured it was best to get to my home to pick up my husband's car & keys) ..I cannot say enough good words about their driver Gustavo..He alerted me that a tow would be hard on my car, went into the market to ensure they would not have my car towed if I left it parked for awhile, was able to drive me back to my home to retrieve my husband's car, waited while I located the keys & started the car to ensure I was able to drive it.. He then was able to offer me a ride back to my car (with my keys now on me) as he had a call for roadside assistance in that area.. I can vouch for what a calm, clear/ good thinking, pleasant, conscientious (he REALLY cares about the company's tow truck assigned to him) worker he is.. It was a ray of sunshine in a terribly stressful day for this 80-year-old woman.. TY Tony's Auto & Gustavo..Blessings

Dead Battery. I placed the call for service with AAA and the technician called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived slightly before he had estimated was friendly, fast, efficient and, when we parted, he even handed me a bottle of chilled water. The service was beyond expectation.Service: Battery

Today I drove to a store, and came out to find that my car would not start. Not only that, but my key would not come out. I quickly called AAA, and they sent a man named Maezz from Tony's Auto center who quickly took care of the problem and told me that I should drive the car for about 10 minutes. So I decided to do another errand and stopped at Walmart. The same thing occurred once again! I immediately called Tony's directly and they happily sent Maezz back to get my car running again. He was a very efficient and respectful young man, and I'm so pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use Tony's again in the future. Thanks Maezz!
