I paid Mr. Rudolph 475.00 for a one-hour consultation for a one answer legal advice or legal representation.He stated "I'll review your case and call you next week.",I anxiously awaited his call. It never happened. I sent a follow-up email.Finally, I received a boilerplate letterciting he declined the case. I requested a refund for the unused 30 minutes. No refund. He is not a litigator or trustworthy

I never had the chance based on my first telephone call the one answer I was in search of having.I sent a follow up email for a refund of the remaining 30 minutes.I have never received that refund. If Mr. Rudolph is not a litigator and only drafts Trusts and Wills, he should have informed me immediately.It is best if you need an attorney for a Probate matter to move on for the right and trustworthy Counsel.

Eric Rudolph, and his team did a fantastic job with handling my estate planning needs. He listened to my concerns, and complete legal documents covering those needs. He had helpful suggestions on improvements over my old documents. He and his staff spend time explaining costs, the process and any actions I needed to take.

Upon moving my mother up from Palm Springs to the Bay Area so that we could take care of her, we reviewed her trust (for which she paid $1,800). We were surprised to see that it was apparently done from a template - not a problem, I know it's commonly done - except there were other unrelated people's names still in it. In several places. No way to sugarcoat it - that is shoddy, unprofessional work. The office fixed the pages that were in error and made a point that they would do that at no charge as a favor. Seriously? I called Mr. Rudolph's office and let them know when mom passed. I had a question about which box to check on an EIN application for the trust. Mr. Rudolph advised that in order to help me I would need to hire him. And, just another btw, no offering of condolences for our loss. Shame on Mr. Rudolph and his office.
