Went in to get one, walked out buying two during their special, everyone there was so nice, store was amazing. Way different than I remember from my younger years. You guys rock!

I purchased a pair of glasses Saturday afternoon. Spent $320 on these sunglasses. I noticed Sunday morning not even 24 hours later that the left arm was loose and a little bent. Went back to the store and was treated so poorly. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years purchasing sunglasses at sunglasses hut. I was hopping to be able to have them repaired through the store but basically was told by the employee I was out of luck. She litterally told me I dropped them and also sat on them none of which happened. I wasn’t even looking for a free fix I’m willing to pay to have them repaired. I will never return to this particular store.
