This place is a scam. 2 or 3 months ago me and my fiancee were scouting out places to rent for storage. This place was last on the list and we ended up choosing this company because it had a slightly better rate per month than the storage company just around the corner. We specifically asked the employee that signed us up and took payment if this was the rate it would stay at and if there would be any surprises, she said “no surprises and your Locked into this rate”. Lo and behold. We got a letter in the mail stating that the rate increased to double the monthly rate. This is absolutely ridiculous & for this company to say it to “uphold a top notch facility” is a joke. The door to our unit gets stuck and it’s very hard to lock and unlock & slide open. This place is far less than attractive and we will be moving to the storage facility down the street.

We rented a storage unit and was registered and helped by Betty. Let me tell you, Betty greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. She not only took care of us but she was so sweet, funny, warm and genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and she also was very knowledgeable about everything. She explained every detail and addressed any questions that had. Because of Betty I will recommend your storage facility to everybody.

I have been a client at the Palm Springs facility since 2010. The staff is Amazing, Luna, Betty and Ali are all fantastic. I have know Luna since 2010 when I first arrived. I have had 30-40ft units all the way down to 10X10. If I have lost my keys a few times its never a problem they cut the lock and I replace it. Never had an issue with feeling unsafe or any breakin's over 10 years here. I would highly recommend the facility and more importantly the staff.
