The absolute best spot for custom jewelry! Jeremiah, Marissa & Jackie helped us design the engagement ring of our dreams! They were knowledgeable, helpful and made what would normally be a stressful process really enjoyable. We couldn't recommend Smoke Tree Jewelers enough!

From helping me pick my wedding ring, to repairing my wife's watch, to working with my daughter to design & craft her wedding ring, to selling on consignment my old Rolex watch, and providing outstanding customer service to my family over the years... Another jeweler wanted a ridiculous amount, and they handled it for me for a very fair price. I will definately go back. Great store and even better service!

Had a great experience here. Took in a watch to be sized and spotted a watch they had on consignment. They communicated with the seller and we came to an agreement on price. It felt like a fair price and everything was professionally handled. The owners, a husband and wife team, are very personable and professional. It feels good to support a local business and now I know to come back and keep an eye out for other great watches that might come in. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! I'm a visitor to the area, so didn't know where to take a necklace that needed repair. It's a sentimental piece, so I was nervous to go just anywhere. A friend recommended Smoke Tree Jewelers, so I decided to give them a try. They looked at my piece, assessed the problem, and fixed it on the spot! The repair looks perfect, and I haven't had any issues with it. I trust them to be honest, do a great job, and I would recommend them highly.

I took my watch to Smoke Tree Jewelers for a new band. They brought in a couple of choices for me.....they didn't even ask for a deposit beforehand.They replaced my band, cleaned up the watch for no charge. It looked like a brand new time piece. Their service is second to none. They earned all my future business.

This store is simply wonderful! Jeremiah helped me with the design of my custom Ruby and Diamond ring and it was only about 4 weeks out from design to pick up. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff here and I would highly recommend Smoke Tree Jewelers for all your jewelry and watch needs.

So far so good. Went in and was helped by the nicest couple. Having a, hope to be, gorgeous ring made for my just as gorgeous bride!! She can't wait to see the final product. She now wishes to travel to the future. Lol I'll keep y'all posted on the finished product......

Visited this business while vacationing. Very friendly and knowledgeable, we brought in a forgotten family heirloom bracelet for evaluation and identification. We received a first-class education about gold, sapphires, and diamonds in order to assess. Thank you for your hospitality!

I went to the store earlier today to have a new watch band adjusted. From the greeting at the door, to every other element of the experience, I truly can't say enough good things about this "jewel" in our city. I learned that this is long-time family owned business (50+ years) and their integrity and customer service shows in every aspect of the way they do business. It's a low key business in the Smoke Tree complex, and definitely worth your time and business. 5 Stars!

Looks like I made a mistake and suggesting that this company was out of business. I looked in the window and it didn't seem to have an inventory possibly just put away in the safe.
