I stopped at this location for gas and to wash my car and I met this young man there whom seem to be very helpful I had a crack in my windshield and he was able to fix it for a decent price he saved me money with my car insurance and left me his business card for future services I’m very happy with his service.

Went here for the car wash, but the customer service from the glass repair gentleman was amazing! He saved me from spending 500$ on a deductible, thank you David!

Dropped car in for a oil change. Quoted $89. Ready in 45 minutes. 5 hours later and upsell of things working fine I left with a $500 bill??? Then all lights came in and the car would not drive . Total disaster and I would recommend going somewhere else. Finding everwhere is a rip off these days

Wow, a gas station who actually helped a wheelchair user fuel her car! Gotta give them props. If there is one thing that us chair users hate about driving. It’s getting gas! And ever since the elimination of full service, it is really challenging. Thank you, wonderful people who work there… You made my day!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m a mechanic on vacation and got a quote on some work for my car but I’ll definitely just do it myself. They also tried to say I needed things that have recently been replaced or were working just fine. What a scam. Even worse, as I was leaving the bully of a manager was threatening to beat up a homeless person who didn’t do anything wrong, right on the sidewalk. Shame. Do the world a favor and do not give businesses like these your money. Let them go out of business.

This is the most expensive gas station AND mini mart in Palm Springs. Gas is OVER a dollar more per gallon than everyone else and cigarettes are over 2 dollars more than everyone else. It is a blatant rip off taking advantage of folks visiting Palm Springs. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Plenty of gas stations within a mile or two of this one. SHELL is an obvious rip off with the prices they charge. Spend your money with someone else. Taking advantage of people isn't good business. Ridiculously overpriced on everything they sell.

They sold me use parts for my car as new when I took it in to have the brakes fixed. It nearly cost me my life..they wore out quickly ( more rapidly than new parts would) and I had a drive to big Bear and my breaks gave out, just on the return back to Palm Springs...had that happened on tje mountain drive...it would have been disasterous, if not fatal. I had the car taken in by Kelly Auto repar..and examined, amd was informed that the break syatem that were sold to. me was used, and old... And that This garage has the reputation for shady work.The garagge manager there, Jasper is very dishonest and unpleasant. I called them about this and he told me -They would refuse further busniss from me & I would not be able to bring my car ther for repair any more. As if I would EVER after tat experience...Instead of a refund and or an aplogy. They were lucky I didnt have the time and or money to sue them. Over priced for bad work...and selling used parts as new.DANGEROUS!!BUYERS BEWARE

Just took my car over and sought advice from Glenn after Toyota of the Desert told me I needed a 4600.00 new harness for my car. he pointed out after Toyota told me that, that they put on my paper work "may need in the future." He really put my mind at ease, as I was quite upset, sprayed some solvent and sent me on my way.
